TEAM LEADER
- Have the general overview of the technician’s work performance and their possible need of education.
- Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods.
- Supervise communication with BO and supplier.
- Be a good role model /a leader and work on building the team to a top performing team.
- Support technicians to be proactive and to search &create new ideas to solve problems and share them with the rest of the group.
- Work close with Senior Merch and Senior QC to ensure best final product.
- Coordinate the team’s holidays, traveling and education.
- Check and follow up the workload of the technicians.
- Evaluate individual staff performance and work actively with feed back and dialogue talks.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER PO TEAMS
- Strengthen cooperation with QC team and Merch team in order to secure best garments for bulk production.
- Share problems with rest of the teams to improve and learn by our mistakes.
COOPERATION WITH SEBO-PO
- Create a good dialogue with patternmaker in SEBO. Initiate PO approvals whenever possible.
- Receive and analyze information re. new technical guidelines.
- Encourage team to update patternmakers in SEBO conc. poss. improvements of garment.
COOPERATION WITH SUPPLIERS
- Good knowledge of suppliers technical level (machinery as well as employees skills).
- Education of suppliers, our general technical requirements/Fitting Blocks/How to measure/How to read m-list.
- Encourage suppliers to become more active in finding good technical solutions.
