Position : Supply Chain Manager

Report to : Plant General Manager

Working in : Hightech Industrial Park, Dist 9

Salary : USD 4,000- USD 6,000

• Ability to set parameters for materials procurement and shopfloor scheduling to optimize manufacturing flow and capacity to meet customer demand.
• Ability to use KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor industrial performance in order to drive decision making (quote investments, forecast costs, calculate profitability, etc.).
• Ability to analyze achievements/forecasts and provide to Manufacturing Organization all necessary data in order to design the production plan and ensure the right level of stocks.
• Ability to lead warehouse operations in line with the targeted goals concerning technical quality, cost and service level.
• Ability to understand and use the Need/Resource Balance and Replenishment systems in order to manage the inventory.
• Ability to manage and to resolve customer requests and claims on due time with the relevant actors.
• Ability to successfully pilot a project from beginning to end, including prioritizing, planning, resolving issues, and displaying a persistent drive for results.
• Ability to understand, appreciate and incorporate the unique contributions of associates with diverse backgrounds in business interactions.
• Ability to apply change management methodology to implement successful business priorities (on time, on budget, human objectives and business objectives).

Requirements

• Graduated from Logistic University
• At least 5 years practical experience with supply chain in manufacturing field.
• Prior experience as a Supply Chain manager desired.
• Strong understanding Supply Chain Principles and Lean
• Understanding of financial indicators
• English level  Advance (Fluent in oral and written English)
