Report to: District Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the business at the assigned territory
  • To create the optimum sales and demand through products interactions and provide services for all products.
  • To call on Ophthalmologists, Pharmacists and Authority Officer in certain markets, hospital, retail pharmacies, wholesalers and distributors to ensure adequate product distribution as well.
  • To demonstrate the products knowledge and solid selling skills in order to achieve the major expectation.
  • To cover and manage territory assigned
  • To implement tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • To make plan for sales calls and trip routine
  • To make marketing and sales calls/ presentations on Ophthalmologists, Medical Doctors, Pharmacists.
  • To create and maintain the good relationship with customers
  • To analyze territory sales result to develop the sales plan
  • To learn and present features and benefits of products.
  • To gain customers’ commitment on using products
  • To submit the weekly, monthly report on time to Supervisor.
  • To keep Supervisor informed the situation and feedback from the assigned territories.
  • To maintain records and prepare expense report
  • To show an excellent team work spirit and coordination with other MSRs as well as with all functional departments.
  • To follows the mission of the department and the company.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Economic or electronic
  • Good English skill in speaking, writing and listening.
  • At least 2 year experience working as Medical Representative in Multinational pharmaceutical company.
