Responsibilities:

Realize applications of flavor in base like: Dairy Drinks, Beverages Carbonated, Alcoholic, Dry, Still…
Develop a new base or adapt, applying flavors according to the project, customer request and product in a market
Do all types of flavors tests, flavors application in Beverages / Dairy products;
Weight bases, develop and evaluate flavor and base (final product);
Do proactive works for bank flavors collection and for category programs;
Improve applications process;
Coordinate projects in the system and complete whole information on it;
Coordinate taste sections, discussions with marketing and sales team;
Interface with marketing, sensory, creation and sales areas;
Discovery new ingredients from suppliers, research of new materials and do partnership with them;
Improve methodologies and presentations for customers;
Participation of brainstorms;
Helps in presentation for customers;
Helps in Laboratory organization;
Do courses and continuous knowledge improvement;
Development of key customer’s intimacy;
Developing prototypes for new products or improving existing products in order to attend customers demand;
Tests of new technologies (new products and processes) and innovative products;
Responsible for raw materials and flavors samples inventory (files, shelf-life, recovery, etc..);
Following shelf-life tests

Requirements:

Experience in industrial manufacture and / or research and development of beverage industry;
Technical knowledge in Chemistry or Food area
Good understanding of English, Vietnamese and simple informatics programs as windows, PowerPoint and excel
