Position : Transformation Manager

Report to : Logistic Manager

There are several programs and initiatives that aims to bring new delivery experiences to our customers. This position will help to implement these programs at the country level.

Lead the implementation of Transformation projects meeting objectives and timeline in line with the expectation from EAJ Logistics leadership team.

• Education : University degrees – Industrial Management / Transport / Logistics
• Working Experience: At least 10 years experience  in Logistics management (customs management, transportation)
• Analytical skill, Project management,  SAP
• Excellent Communication skills (English), spoken and written
• Excellent relationship and collaborative skills, able to manage relationships at all levels of the organization
• Good Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
• Advanced or expert knowledge of transportation, distribution center, global flows &trade compliance, and supply chain management and systems.
• Lean, Six Sigma
• ROI, IRR, Total Cost to Serve · Operational Cost Modeling
