Position :Treasury Head

Salary : USD 10,000 - USD 15,000 + good benefit or negotiate

Report : Board of Management

Working location: Ho Chi Minh city

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead, manage all aspects of cash flow & in-house investment portfolios.
• Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies.
• Assess risk/return trade offs in guidelines & performance benchmarks and recommend changes.
• Evaluate or monitor company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.
• Assess risk/return trade offs in guidelines & performance benchmarks and recommend changes.
• Forecast cash requirements and execute financing decisions, Cash Management.
• Monitor and trade investment portfolios including Working capital, High-Yield, escrow, and other portfolios.
• Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
• Determine the Company’s goals and risk tolerance & tax position and the applicability of taxable/non-taxable instruments.
• Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions.
• Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.
• Provide technical and other support for mergers and acquisitions and other projects as needed.
• Support and participate in the Company ’s Strategic Plan activities.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA advantages.
• Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses.
• Good at the preparation of financial schedules,
• Eligible building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing staff.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies:

• Knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, and financial instruments.
• General knowledge of GAAP and reporting requirements for investments
• Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated strong project management skills.
• Good generate ideas, and develop new skills, excellent collaboration,.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, process improvement.
• Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction.
