Responsibilities:

- Engage and Collaborate well with Brand team & business team
- Proactively join multifunctional team meeting and raise issues / solution on time
- Lead Digital plans (within assigned scope) to qualify concepts as needed. Lead concept result analysis and share with the team
- Well cooperated & work closely with Brand team to understand their business needs & well known about the product
- Provide input into digital key tasks and timeline for Digital Activities & follow strictly all the details vendor execution to deliver the outcome as expected
- Be proactive, get alignment & propose proper action with manager & brand team to ensure the best execution
Requirements:
- 4 years experience in leading on digital industry
- Have experience in leading and influencing brand / business to come up with insightful business decision through relevant digital execution plan
- Good leadership, collaboration, self motivated and technical mastery
- Be able to conceptualize digital needs and lead agency to come up with strong Digital strategy & plan to meet Brand & business needs
- Follow through and work with discipline to execute a mission / project on time with accuracy
- Able to lead peers and other members to achieve a common goal

Description
Responsibilities:
- Activate supporting the activities in order to improve the levels of skills of sales forces & system effectiveness for better sales performance
- Best Practices Tools, Alternative Sales & Delivery and other sales supporting projects
- Coaching, Facilitation & training
- Provide sales training to frontline though workshops
- Regularly conduct field coaching sessions with sales team at different levels (Coaching & supervisory skills to Sup & ASM; FFE to Mer…)
