Description
This position can be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam office.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers, HR and Manager of Talent Acquisition to develop and execute recruitment and hiring strategies that yield the best hires for the company.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions on time and within budget.
- Conduct and document pre-screening interviews and track all candidates. Deliver reports to HR and Dir of Talent Acquisition.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, making necessary adjustments in order to meet aggressive hiring needs.
- Responsible for preparing and delivering employment offers.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, conferences, and company employees.
- Utilize social media channels to find and attract talent as well as to further our employment brand.
- Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition on driving and developing relevant TA programs – University Relations, Internship Program, Employee Referrals, etc.
- Drive process excellence within HR and Talent Acquisition.
- Educate business partners on the competitive landscape to help drive an effective hiring process.
- Responsible for ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or other related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 5 plus years Recruiting experience, prefer experience recruiting for apparel product/brands.
- Experience in recruiting for multiple countries in the Asia Region, ideally China, Vietnam, Korea and Taiwan, etc.
- Strong lead generation skills a must with the ability to develop recruiting plans for hard-to-fill requisitions.
- Ability to partner, collaborate, consult, and gain trust quickly with all levels of our organization.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, HR, compensation and team members throughout the hiring process.
- Good eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes and identify strong fit.
- Strong communicator, both written and oral. Able to communicate at least one Asian Language will be advantageous.
- Experience in Retail, Apparel, or Footwear industries highly desired.
