Job Desciption:
- Total Planning for Finance and Profit for the bank:
- Reviewing total financial & profit plan
- Reviewing and analyzing changes of financial status
- Establishing plan about settlement accounts and disposal of retaining earning
- Managing Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and capital of the Bank
- Setting up criteria for loan loss provisioning (including reserve)
- Controlling total Profitability
- Managing performance of products, customers and business units in terms of profitability
- Managing cost of fund and job activities
- Managing works relating to how to share revenue and expense
- Developing and maintaining Management Information system
- To create and establish the accounting apparatus of the Bank
- Managing and monitoring the application of:
- Accounting principles and rules;
- Recording process in the source (initial) documents;
- Mapping account numbers according to the Chart of Accounts prescribed by the State Bank of Viet Nam;
- Book-keeping techniques;
- Techniques of preparation of financial and statistic reports
- Managing accounting progress from journal to General Ledger, Trial Balance Sheet, Balance Sheet, Off-balance-sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows of the Bank
- In charge of accounting controls & Tax related affairs;
- Managing the process relating to external reports;
- Assigning mapping account numbers according to the Chart of Accounts prescribed by the State Bank of Viet Nam
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in finance, accounting. MBA preferred, CPA would be a plus
- Female / male from above 36 years old.
- 10+ years working in banking with 5+ years of work experience as Manager of Financial Planning with the day-to-day financial operations of an organization of at least 10 staffs
- Deep understanding of banking business
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Ability to think creativity on the design and implementation of budgetary and planning processes
- An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills and a willingness to share information

Chief Accountant cum Human Resources Admin

Responsibilities
- All accounting matters & reports (internal & external)
- Monthly & Quarterly & Yearly reports to Management Board, Tax Department, and other government offices regarding accounting and finance issues.
- In charge of Corporate Reporting.
- Cost and expenses control.
- Process and finalize COGs monthly reports
- Calculate all variances of actual cost versus standard cost and identify the reasons behind them
- Ensure the control and management over inventory is in place and in accordance with the company policy.
- Assist Financial Controller with cost management and financial analysis, compliance with local and corporate accounting policies, internal controls and tax regulations.
- Prepare analysis for Monthly Performance Review meetings
- Assist the Financial Controller in implementing financial policies, procedures and ERP systems
- Assisting in forecasts and preparation of fiscal budgets and re-forecasts
- Based on Corporate Control matrices, set internal controls and execute control testing
- Be responsible for producing the Company’s financial statements

- Full reconciliations of all bank accounts and BS accounts.
- Full reconciliations of Corporate book and Local book
- Being in charge of Payroll Management.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Accounting or Finance degree
- Having experience in Audit/Standard Costing at MNCs
- Having experience in ERP system setup
- Having experience in Chief Accountant role in logistic business preferable
- Proficient in FAST Accounting System & Excel and Microsoft office software is a necessity,
- Experienced in International accounting system, SAP is advance experienced in freight forwarding operation system.
- Being familiar to conciliate reporting.
- Good at the local tax reporting & tax management,
- High work energy, good self motivated, honest & committed , straightforward & discipline and independent,
- Hard working and high sense of responsible due to deadline and business reporting forward to Managing Director and Regional Finance Team

Head of Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that all statutory and management accounts are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

This includes budgets, forecasting, and preparation of statutory accounts, monthly management reports, and profit centre analysis.

Balance Sheet management including asset utilization management and working capital management in stock control and debtors management.

Contribution to effective management control of the business by establishing and maintaining appropriate information and reporting systems.

Ensure appropriate accounting standards and accurate product costings are maintained through constant review of operations.
