Responsibilities:

• Provide financial support to business teams, and make them in line with financial policy, group policy and financial process.
• Prepare management reports (AOC Tools, standard vs variance, etc..) according to zone finance team’s requirements & CVN mgt requirement.
• Drives & lead rolling forecast process, reporting to Finance controller.
• Assist finance controller to handle daily work.
• Prepare BCFE/Executive Summary/BCI to be made available on request.
• Make analysis on material prices, consumable expenses, others DVC (once a week), follow-up action to anticipate any big discrepancy in comparison between the standard price vs actual price.
• Validate all BPE saving projects
• Perform analysis on freight cost and labour costs (including working hours and headcount)  (at least twice a month), follow-up action to anticipate any big discrepancy in comparison between the budget vs actual cost
• Identify and implement Kaizen/lean projects for Finance
• Make sure financial accounting processes are aligned with Corporate internal control.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or CPA with at least 5 years working experience in finance controlling function of MNCs, preferred to have 2 to 3 years of Big Four audit experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position in a factory
• Understanding of Business, Budget/Forecasting, Accounting procedures and  operations
• Experience in SAP  FI/CO module
• Good skills in Excel, Power point
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to read, write and speak in English

Responsibilities:

• To plan, organize and carry out the internal controls function including the preparation of an audit manual and audit plan
• Conduct risk assessment of all departments and report risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the Finance controller and the company management board and provide recommendations for improving the organization’s operations.
• Evaluate compliance with existing group policies and procedures and all local regulations and laws, identifying and proposing modifications as needed
• Identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and engage in continuous education and staff development re best practices
• Being champion of internal and external audit management ensure that all action items are resolved accordingly to accounting and auditing standards.
• Evaluate information security and associated risk exposures.
• Being able to develop and improve an effective ERP system to support the daily business management requirement. Ensure ERP system meets business requirements, goals and fulfills user requirements
• Evaluate regulatory compliance program and company's ABC programs. Address specific training and development needs to fill compliance gaps.
• Evaluate the organization’s readiness in case of business interruption.
• Being champion and managing external parties including: taxation (Dong Nai and HCM), financial and legal related government offices, including being responsible for all statutory, taxation reports, and support FC in setting up taxation forecast.
• Authority manual focal point.
• Support FC in managing contract management process by being custodian for Contract master data in order to liquidate, renew new signing all commercial contract of the company.
• Managing the IT executive staff by setting and appraising related KPIs and performances, supervising daily operation works, and providing training and coaching for staffs’ qualification.

Requirements:

• B.A, major in accounting and financing
• Post university: ACCA, MBA, CPA
• More than 8 years working experiences in accounting and financing fields or auditing, or business management
• Fluently with ERP systems, especially SUN
• Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented and ability to work and interpret figures and other financial information
• Ability to address issues and effect change
• Ability to demonstrate a professional and objective perspective at all times

• Control all the operation, procedure and policy in term of Accounting of the company.
• Structure the organization of Accounting team and monitor all the activities of Accounting Department.
• Successfully implement ERP/SAP in the Accounting system.
• Participate, coordinate, and make recommendations on the Company's annual budget and put it under control.
• Prepare in a timely manner all monthly financial statements including monthly accounts, balance sheets and all schedules requested.
• Perform financial report including forecast and various detailed analyses for BOD, Auditor, Banks (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Participate, coordinate, and make recommendations on the Company's annual budget
• Taxation compliant and ensure that company follow tax regulations.
• Manage and operate internal audit system.
• Be responsible for contacting and dealing with tax / audit authorities. To solve tax/ audit issues.
• Keep up to date on all Vietnamese laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting to ensure that the accounting system to be complied with laws.
• Manage and develop staff efficiently in a high spirit of team working
• Manage, train and develop accounting staff in order to ensure responsibilities performed competently and to identify potential staff for promotion.
• Coordinate with HR to develop, implement, and control the implementation of finance policies in all areas and all locations nation-wide
• Own / lead / participate in various projects as requested

Requirement:

• At least University graduation in Accounting and Finance.
• Have Chief Accountant Certificate
• At least 5 years of experience at General Accountant in retail business
• SAP preferred
• Fluency in English
