Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounting & Finance team
• Compile and analyze financial information in order to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual reports

• Support and handle the closing of Zone 1 project. All necessary reports we need to submit to different government offices

Requirements:

• Accounting degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles

Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Controlling
• Oversees the maintenance of all ledgers, journals, and other accounting records of the company
• Manage and control month-end and year-end closing
• Supervises the preparation of monthly journal entries, prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Continuous monitoring of audit of all accounts, records and transactions of the company
• Oversees the preparation and timely submission of all financial and other management reports of the company
• Monitors the cash flow management of the company
• Supervises staff in keeping accurate financial reports
• Respect all deadlines for financial reporting
• Always have proper and rational explanation for the numbers in questions
• Review external reports including statutory reports, Tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT and withholding Tax) as required by the Government
• Prepare and review all reports and documents required by external auditors
• Review internal; reports including HFM Opus Actual, BBT, activity monthly and quarterly
• Ensure all compliance of KIC and follow up on internal audit recommendation
• Compliance with local regulation (tax, VAS, laws, etc.) and group reporting standard

• Provide analytical insights on the financial information provided
• Support the Business Vice President (VP) to make the right business decision
• Support in the preparation of forecast, budget and all tasks needed for Business review
• Working with BU Finance at regional and corporate level on all financial matters
• Delta price, Delta Costs, and Mix analysis and reporting
• Sales and GM control, SFC analysis, and reporting
• Monthly, Quarterly, Forecast P&L reporting and analysis
• Analysis of Changes (AOC) to explain variance in P&L
• Working Capital management, reporting, and analysis
• Perform any other duties as may be signed by Finance Director or Vice President

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA is a plus)
• Minimum 9 years relevant working experience in a multinational organization
• Excellent in Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint and Access
• ERP system experience: preferable Oracle; SAP is a plus
• Preferable with work experience as senior auditors or audit manager in audit firm

Report to: Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial support to business teams, and make them in line with financial policy, group policy and financial process.
• Prepare management reports (AOC Tools, standard vs variance, etc..) according to zone finance team’s requirements & CVN mgt requirement.
• Drives & lead rolling forecast process, reporting to Finance controller.
• Assist finance controller to handle daily work.
• Prepare BCFE/Executive Summary/BCI to be made available on request.
• Make analysis on material prices, consumable expenses, others DVC (once a week), follow-up action to anticipate any big discrepancy in comparison between the standard price vs actual price.
• Validate all BPE saving projects
• Perform analysis on freight cost and labour costs (including working hours and headcount)  (at least twice a month), follow-up action to anticipate any big discrepancy in comparison between the budget vs actual cost
• Identify and implement Kaizen/lean projects for Finance
• Make sure financial accounting processes are aligned with Corporate internal control.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or CPA with at least 5 years working experience in finance controlling function of MNCs, preferred to have 2 to 3 years of Big Four audit experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position in a factory
• Understanding of Business, Budget/Forecasting, Accounting procedures and  operations
• Experience in SAP  FI/CO module
• Good skills in Excel, Power point
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to read, write and speak in English

Responsibilities:

• To plan, organize and carry out the internal controls function including the preparation of an audit manual and audit plan
• Conduct risk assessment of all departments and report risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the Finance controller and the company management board and provide recommendations for improving the organization’s operations.
• Evaluate compliance with existing group policies and procedures and all local regulations and laws, identifying and proposing modifications as needed
• Identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and engage in continuous education and staff development re best practices
• Being champion of internal and external audit management ensure that all action items are resolved accordingly to accounting and auditing standards.
• Evaluate information security and associated risk exposures.
• Being able to develop and improve an effective ERP system to support the daily business management requirement. Ensure ERP system meets business requirements, goals and fulfills user requirements
• Evaluate regulatory compliance program and company's ABC programs. Address specific training and development needs to fill compliance gaps.
• Evaluate the organization’s readiness in case of business interruption.
• Being champion and managing external parties including: taxation (Dong Nai and HCM), financial and legal related government offices, including being responsible for all statutory, taxation reports, and support FC in setting up taxation forecast.
• Authority manual focal point.
• Support FC in managing contract management process by being custodian for Contract master data in order to liquidate, renew new signing all commercial contract of the company.
• Managing the IT executive staff by setting and appraising related KPIs and performances, supervising daily operation works, and providing training and coaching for staffs’ qualification.

Requirements:

• B.A, major in accounting and financing
• Post university: ACCA, MBA, CPA
• More than 8 years working experiences in accounting and financing fields or auditing, or business management
• Fluently with ERP systems, especially SUN
