Job title: Planning Leader

Reports to:  Factory Manager 

Roles & responsibilities:

• Manages the production planning functions including development, maintenance and execution of the master production schedule and maximizing plant resources to meeting demand
• Organizes and coordinates various sections of manufacturing
• Follows up performance against estimates
• Manages effective and serviceoriented planning functions to ensure that correct procedures are established and adhered to achieving the maximum return possible on customer orders while continually improving responsiveness, reliability, and service (may coordinate inside sales activities with customer service staff)
• Manages the purchasing and material planning functions in the planning and procurement of raw materials, equipment, tooling, purchased parts, supplies and services as required to execute the master schedule
• Optimizes all purchases as major way to reduce costs
• Directs activities of inventory control
• Instrumental in continuous improvement activities through research, benchmarking and identification of improved methods or tools to increase efficiency

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree in related field, work experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Good presentation and explanation
• Language: English in business level
• Experience: Functional/technical knowledge, skills and abilities
• Performs tasks requiring advance proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook
• Must be able to work with diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds

Title: Purchasing Manager

salary: $1,000-$1,500

Working: Binh Duong, Viet Nam

Accountabilities:

• Make importing raw materials forecast  thanks to sales forecast yearly  
• Make importing raw materials order plan each 3- months thanks to 3-months PSI Plan  
• Review materials order plan monthly  
• Update raw materials inventory for blanket order weekly  
• Contact with our forwarder about materials importing issues: invoice, packing list, sales contract, custom clearance…  
• Finish all issues after importing such as: documents, checking from government…  
• Update and review imported tax and payment term for BOD when we get any new regulations
• Make warehouse control procedure  
• Make warehouse map (Warehouse outline)  
• Control warehouse arrangement  
• Take care fire prevention and insect (It's especially wrapping materials warehouse)  
• Control and note (returned or changed materials) to suppliers

Requirements:

• University degree
• Have the same position (or similar position)
• Knowledge of controlling inventory
• Knowledge about food materials importing
• Good at computer, communication, manageable skills
• Able to speak English at intermediate level, Japanese is an advantage

Job title: Production Supervisor

Reports to: Manager Production Manager

Education: BS degree in engineering or sciences, prefer from the field of optics engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering.

Responsibilities

• Access to manufacturing methodologies and proprietary process information.  Access to customer lists and proprietary customer information. Access to short-term and long-term business strategies
• Jointly responsible, with the production staff of Pre/Fabrication and QA sections, and process engineering team.  Some contact with the sale & external vendors.

Experience:

• At least 3 years in manufacturing
• Problem solving and analytical skills – High energy level.
• High ability to manage people
• Ability to methodize and improve production processes.
• Communication skills.
• MS office skill

Job title: Process Engineer

Education: BS degree in engineering or sciences, prefer from the field of optics engineering, mechanical engineering. Or have enough experience, ability to meet job requirements

Experience: At least 1-2 years as a manufacturing, process, or methods engineer, working in an optics manufacturing environment or a highly technical, quality oriented, high volume, ligh-manufacturing environment.

Special abilities:

• English communication is compulsory.
• Project management knowledge.
• Technical knowledge – strong technical background.
• Well-developed fault isolation, problem solving and analystical skills
• Ability to methodize and improve production processes.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
• Simple tools, jigs and fixture design capabilities
• Ability to use AutoCAD or other CAD software to help in engineering design tasks.
• DOE and six-sigma experience a plus
• Must have knowledge of ISO 9000. SOPC and other statistical methods is a plus.
• CNC knowledge & hand on skill.
