- Lead the sales representatives to hit the sales target follow sales strategy, objectives and tactis of the company in the assigned regions.
- Coordinate with other departments effectively in implementing business objectives
- Take full responsibility in sales activities even authorize for others to implement.
- Update procedures, implementation methods & coaching staff.
- Attend training programs organized by Sales and other department
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree, major in economic, engineer, or relevant
- 2 years of experience in sales and management.
- Good experience industrial product ( refer experience in automotive/ spare part / B2B channel )
- Be responsibility and progressive spirit.
- Good discipline and team working spirit.

Requirements:
- Education: Graduate from University (Technical major is preferred)
- Job Related Experience: At least 5 years practical experience in manufacturing field. Prior experience as a Production Manager desired.
- Business Understanding: Industrial and Manufacturing and Supply Chain & Quality System Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Understanding LEAN/ Six Sigma is an advantage

- Introduce advance features and functions of Fuji Xerox inkjet printers
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Consult PSB inkjet users to support them to use Fuji Xerox products effectively
- Develop and maintain pipeline which outlines how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
