Responsibilities:

• Manage the whole production activities with more than 300 operators and 30 lines Ensure Production output on time in full
• Ensure the productivity and efficiency of DVC labor
• Production Strategy and Planning
• Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy
• Profitability
• Manufacturing
• Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency
• Full Productivity
• To be responsible for the Environment and Safety of Manufacturing Department
• Full No safety issue and 100% participation in monthly 6S tour
• To Drive Production Realization according the daily, Weekly, Monthly plans Full – IOTD,  OTDM
• To Ensure Quality and Productivity during production realization is compliance to defect rate
• Full – KE: Scrap Cost
• To maintain and ensure the compliance of all SPS requirement wit
• Right Discipline in production
• Full - SPS Score
• To encourage and Drive the culture of Continuous Improvement through Kaizen, Six Sigma Projects...
• Full - # of projects: Manufacturing Management: production/ operation/ planning/ shopfloor

Requirement:

• Graduate from University (Technical major is preferred)
• 5 years practical experience in manufacturing field. Prior experience as a Production Manager
• Business Understanding: Industrial and Manufacturing and Supply Chain & Quality System Others (e.g language skills, technical skills)
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Understanding LEAN/Six Sigma is an advantage
• Lead with Agility/Focus on Customer/Achieve Sustainable Results

Report to: Plant General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for Quality Assurance of the company including:
• Quality Manufacturing
• Quality Supplier
• Customer Satisfaction
• Develop quality team to fully understand the basic requirement of company Production System and apply quality tools
• Responsible for Business Process Excellent Management:
• To be the key driver for the deployment of Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma program in the entity.
• To coach and develop Green Belts and other key six sigma players.
• To apply Six Sigma methodologies on breakthrough projects which bring significant impact to customer satisfaction and cost.

​Requirements:

• Graduated from Technical University (major: electro-mechanical or plastic material)
• Six Sigma Black Belt certified with practical project experience.
• At least 7 years practical experience with technical or quality in manufacturing field. Prior experience as a Quality manager desired
