Sales - Joint Account Manager

We are looking for a Joint Account Manager to join our Sales team in Hanoi, Vietnam. You will be responsible for designing, executing and controlling all sales activities in a designated account to fulfill the defined sales objectives and maximize the business for all Infineon products in the designated area, across all sales channels and according to the agreed business development programs.
Job description
- In your new role you will:
- Sales:
Monitor and grow assigned Vietnam joint accounts. Maintain a good relationship with all levels and contracts negotiation with customers.
- Strategy:
Define segment goals for Joint Account Vietnam customers by implementing an appropriate sales strategy to achieve sales targets and maximize the company business.
- Demand Creation:
Drive design in activities through regular joint customer visit and propose solutions. Team up with division Field Application Engineers to ensure the company is in every socket of customers design.
- Operation:
Ensure input of revenue forecast and budgeting for designated Vietnam joint account. Prepare sales budget by account and define design creation goals.
- Resolve all issues with regards to assigned Vietnam joint accounts on delivery, quality matters, legal matters, pricing alignment.
- Forge strong relationship within management, customer's senior management, distributors and divisions, and bridge up any expectation gaps.
- Drive cross-selling across all divisions for Vietnam joint accounts
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Engineering or similar
- Minimum 10 years of relevant and inclusive of direct sales, technical and distribution management experience
- Good knowledge to interface with the Sales organization, Distribution partners, Marketing, Logistics, Business and Finance
- Requires good analytical skills to analyze data, reports, and information available to resolve problems or formulate strategies
- Provide solutions on critical issue face by end customer and distributor
- High level of listening and negotiation skill for business closure and problem-solving

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- University Graduation – BA at least.
