MAIN DUTIES: · Achieve sales goals · To call on nominated customers and influence key decision makers. · To follow-up outstanding debts and to assist on debt collection. · Work with sales supervisor in mapping out strategies and tactics and implement within the assigned sales territory. · Provide regular feedback on new customers, business situation, distribution trends, market trends · Submit timely reports and update regularly customer record cards, journey plans, expense reports, etc · Attend training courses & development programs and put the learning into practice · Recommend/implement the marketing activities in the launch of new products and brand strategies · Continuously build good business relationship with customers · Communicate and co-ordinate with other departments to meet customers satisfaction · Perform other related functions as may be assigned by Sales Supervisor |

MAIN DUTIES:
· Achieve Process Solutions Merck Millipore sales goals
· Manage and control the PS sales activities in line with company values, Code & Conduct
· Plan, prepare, conduct and/or recommend sales force training needs and programs to achieve high level of skills, competencies and professionalism.
· Plan and build up strong business relationship with KOLs and key accounts to develop PS sales. Exploit new products and other business opportunities, promotions, discounts, pricing, trade deals, in house seminar, customer seminar, product presentation, competitors’ activities
· Work closely with Customer service to ensure customers are offered Merck service at appropriate standard
· Work closely with Area managers, recommend/implement activities to ensure PS sales develop strongly in each area
· Reports/discuss monthly sales performance of the PS strategies and action plans on how to improve them.
· Prepare monthly PS sales and key accounts objectives.
· May invite guests, customers for dining-out on basis of budget and action plan approved by superior and in accordance with Merck Vietnams Entertainment standards

Phaco Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and select target participants and hospitals for the Phaco Development Program
Work with surgeons in the entire process of converting from ECCE and SICS to Phaco
(Operating Room and Wet Lab based). Support novice cataract Phaco Surgeons, cataract care team and facility improve surgical outcomes and overall cataract care system
Support surgeons on how to achieve optimal surgical and patient results with selected products.
Coach and support all related internal and external field personnel while consulting with surgeon participants in their home hospital. This includes operating room and clinic.
Plan, organize and execute workshops, symposia and meetings that support core Phaco Development objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments and key external stakeholders to drive core Phaco Development Objectives
Requirements:
Experience with ECCE and Phaco procedures. Knowledgeable about core technology for all types of cataract procedures
Bachelor Degree Medicine with 3-5 years ophthalmology experience and with cataract surgery can be substituted for Master’s Degree
Preferred: Employment with a recognized international or local medical device company
Operating Room ophthalmic product application and consultation experience
