Responsibilities:

• Working with hospital decision maker, chief of pharmacy/equipment department, and key opinion surgeons for listing of surgical products into the medical device list of hospital
• Preparing/applying tender dossiers, following-up the tender result.
• Working closely with hospital and healthcare re-imbursement body
• Working with sales team and marketing team to establish new phaco centers including supports on equipment supply and surgeon training. Developing the relationship with hospital management team to establish new phaco centers as well as new accounts 
• Managing the territory and hospital nationwide, building up the network with hospital medical device management and local/national healthcare policy maker, updating hospital tender schedules and reimbursement guidance
• Developing the PR activity to strengthen the relationship with surgeons, hospitals, and local health authorities
• Working closely with Surgical Sales Team and Product Manager, direct report to BUM

Requirement:

• Degree in Medical/Pharmaceutical/Business Management
• 02 years experience sales in the healthcare/medical devices/diagnostic industry, preferably ophthalmic industry
• Experience in hospital tender listing and re-imbursement

• Providing advice and support on compliance and ethics issues
• Staying up-to-date on laws and regulations concerning direct sales and multi-level marketing
• Developing, initiating, maintaining, and revising policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
• Collaborating with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution. Consulting with internal counsel, and the regional and corporate compliance team as needed to resolve difficult compliance issues.
• Responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures. Developing and overseeing a system for uniform handling of such violations.
• Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; developing/implementing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and providing general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
• Reporting on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
• Handling ad hoc assignments

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, age 30 and above
• University Degree – Bachelor’s required, Master’s desired
• 5-10 years’ working experience in ethics and compliance roles
• Some background in direct sales/MLM is preferable, especially in an ethics/compliance role
• Knowledge of commercial, competition, and consumer protection laws is a plus
• Past experience in working directly with government officers in an ethics or compliance role
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Self-driven and able to manage own schedule
• Strong ability to multitask
• Able to follow projects through to completion
• Capable of identifying problems and suggesting and implementing solutions

• Helping to develop a customer service policy for an entire organization.
• Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
• Handle face to face inquiries and concerns about company policies, products, and other related programs
• Manage a team of customer services staff, work with CS Supervisor to make sure the order procedure run smoothly.
• Explain policies & procedures and compensation plan, communicating effectively with both offices to ensure consistency of response
• Maintain contact with local leaders to identify sales trends and areas for improvement. Work closely with leaders from Presidential Directors and above.
• Assist in organizing local meetings and coordinate use of Unicity-operated facilities as needed
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and service within the CS department.
• Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service

Responsibilites:

• Analyze the products’ markets and performance (Group and competitor products)
• Provide head office with information on the specificities of the manager’s market for the purposes of international intelligence on competition
• Prepare and implement the launch/development plan, catalogue / portfolio actions and the promotional plan
• Prepare the local marketing plan by channel in collaboration with the other departments
• Propose and deploy the marketing and training tools that are required to achieve objectives
• Ensure sales objectives are achieved in accordance with the budget
• Present the product ranges and promotional campaigns to the relevant networks

Requirements:

• Master’s level with Medical and pharmaceutical background (5 years of post-secondary education: medical background especial with Oncology / biotech products is an advantage)
• In marketing and product communication
• ETC  experiences is preferable
