Scope of work
- To support yearly growth.
- To provide technical support to sale teams, flexible solutions for projects.
- To build relationship with our customers.
- Provides pricing as requested from sale teams for any products/equipment/projects.
- Increases our hit rate.
- Improves our respond time for quotation request.
- Follows up with sales staff to clarify order details as necessary.
- Communicates solution information to our customers and sales staff.
- Provides assistance to execution team in the execution of larger projects.
- Acts as the single point of contact for all queries for pricing, technical support, and solution approach.
Score Competences :
1/ Education:
- University degrees –Engineer
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in tendering.
- Knowledge of Distribution equipment. Knowledge of equipment is a plus and contract documents.
- Basic knowledge and experience in energy management, power distribution,
- Monitoring and control/automation industry (protection relay, metering, transformers, switchgears, circuit breakers, PLCs, drives).
2/ Communication :
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
- Developed interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, and sales staff as required.
- Ability to self-manage, multi-task and learn new skills quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Computer proficiency in AutoCad, MS Project, Office and Visual.

Industrial Engineering Manager

Main purposes of the job
- Define industrial installations, work stations and the best choice for the production process.
- Draw up the operating procedures, do the preparation of engineering project proposals, material and energy balances.
- Calculate the standard times and pace, decrease manufacturing times, and guarantee the lead times and costs.
- Devise new approaches to problems, and prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs, and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices and Client and/or Company standards.
- Plan and conduct independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria.
- Process engineering calculations.
- Equipment layouts, process system specifications: Size and select equipment, materials, and process systems.
Main skills required
- University graduates with Mechanical / Electrical Engineering background.
- Over 5 years experience at supervisor/manager level in relevant role in large labor intensive manufacturing company.
- Experience in managing multiple kaizen projects, lean manufacturing.
- ERP-production module experience is preferred.
- Statistical process control, budgeting and cost control.
- Strong leadership, management, communication skills.
- Good Written and Spoken English

Sale Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Consult company products to customers.
- Build the business relation with the key customers.
- Develop the new business opportunities in waterworks plants and projects to achieve sales target.
