Essential Objective

  • Management of the production, packaging and storage of the company’s products and raw materials so as to meet customer expectations with regard to Quality, quantity and time frame.
  • Management of the factory environment such that regulatory requirements are met including the provision of a safe work place.
  • Set up ISO 9100, HACCP and other systems which achieving International Certificates, quality control systems adhere to the company strategies.
  • Ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS, GMP’s and 5S processes.
  • Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.
  • Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
  • Provision of a safe work environment within the company’s premises including the activities of company delivery drivers when not on company premises.
  • Ensure safe work practices are adhered to within the manufacturing and warehousing operations.
  • Supervision of manufacturing and delivery staff.
  • Scheduling of product manufacture and delivery so as to meet customer requirements.
  • Printing of labels and work orders in accordance with QMS procedures.
  • Maintenance of stock levels of finished goods, raw materials and packaging materials sufficient to meet customer requirements whilst having regard for the company’s cash flow.
  • Training of factory and delivery personnel.

Key requirements

  • At least 05 years experienced in production management
  • Bachelor Chemistry is a must.
  • Experienced in set up manufacturing

Description

Lead regional, district or product/solution/service sales team and is accountable for formulating goals, sales forecast, budget, objectives and staffing for area. Develops strategies and schedules to meet these goals and objectives. Provides coaching and development activities for sales staff necessary to achieve sales targets; pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Defines markets to propose the sales strategies for the region/district.
  • Partners with customers/distributors to plan strategies, provide quality service, train customer, and provide support necessary for attainment of customer's goals and objectives. Anticipates obstacles and identifies alternative strategies.
  • Formulates, communicates, implements, and evaluates strategic and tactical sales plans.
  • Monitors sales performance. Provides coaching to ensure successful execution of plans.
  • Provides coaching and development activities for sales staff necessary to achieve sales targets; pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales.
  • Coordinates sales activities in region/district with other regions/districts and national account management to penetrate national accounts.
  • Implements and monitors budget and asset control systems.
  • Utilizes lean thinking principles to continuously examine processes. Identifies necessary improvements and coordinates implementation.
  • Establishes company policies that directly affect employees.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in building management or related subject (master/ overseas study preferred)
  • At least 8 years MNC experience in building business and 2 years in managerial level
  • Good relationship/network in Building segments and business partners e.g. contractors, consultants
  • Confident to drive business growth with aggressive sales target
