Sales Forecasting
- To provide advance forecast of sales revenue / quantity
Handling of Customer Complaint / Feedback

- Coordinate with other functional department to achieve customer satisfaction
Collection and Sharing of Market Intelligence
- Continuous collection of industry / customer information to facilitate strategic decision making
- Continuous collection of competitor information for feedback to facilitate strategic decision making
Customer Development Plan
- Plan and formulate key and mid account plan
- Monitor the execution the action plan to achieve desired outcome
DSO & CSI
- Management of DSO & CSI performance
- Monitor and coordinate collection efforts with Finance to ensure customers’ payments are prompt and within credit limits
Education Requirements:
- Tertiary education
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management
- Extensive experience in all aspects of supplier relationship management
- Possess a good understanding of the Petroleum, Chemical & Food industries’ industrial packaging needs
Specific Skills / Business Knowledge (Knowledge, skills and abilities):
- Strong sales personality with good networking, influencing and communication skills.
- Ability to create strong rapport with customers at the management level to build and enhance the relationship.
- Good analytical skill to map out the sales and marketing strategy
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to provide leadership to sales support personnel
- Able to travel in and out of Vietnam from time to time, interact and work with SEA management team

- Design annual internal audit plan and bear responsibility for executing the internal audit plan
- Identify any risk related to management, business code of conduct, compliance and control that affect to the company's business. Report these issues to superiors and propose countermeasures for that issues

Key Responsibilities:
This person plays a key role in the development, launch and measurement of differentiated Products /
Services and Marketing Programs that support the sales function and build the brand in Vietnam.
