Farm Chief Operation Officer

Position: Farm Chief Operation Officer
Salary : 10,000- 15,000 + expatriate package
Report to : CEO
Working in Vietnam.
Objective : Oversee the Farm Operation both the hard & soft infrastructure .
Responsiblility :

- Build up & take care all Farm Operation activies : selection of breeder, growing, breeding (gestating to farrowing), to weaning, grow out to ensure the company quality standard.
- Reparation and implementation of Health Programs from vaccination, prevention, treatment and diagnosis of swine diseases, as well as husbandry and management.
- Handle in the breeding, vaccination, diagnosis of animal diseases to many management activities such as human resource management, financial management, planning and reporting.
- Being in charge of various farm operational activities including breeding, vaccination& medication, diagnosis of animal diseases to many management activities such as human resource management, financial management, planning and reporting.
Requirements:
- 8- 10 years experiences in managing & leading the Farm Operation.
- Excellent building up & taking care all Farm Operation activies.
- Good at involving in management and supervision, monitoring and coordination with the Technical personnel (Brooding, feeding, growing and management programs) as well as vaccination programs.
- Experienced working in large & high standard farm management in advance
- Expatrite is preferable
