RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing for plan, proposal & human power (students) to conduct survey
- Working with outsource in advance, PIC select manpower for team
- Follow up survey in field (nationwide)
- Summary, verify data & issue report
- Conducting, following up 03 field test of Bridgestone product in compare with competitors
- Report monitoring test results.
- Update field test results to Sale team, support Sale team evidences for approaching customers.
- Handling customer's claim and monitoring competitor activities
- FC support, training, evaluation
- Supporting sale team in fleet approach and product performance monitoring

Internal & external training: Support training team in preparing material, presentation for the company staffs; OE car maker, car dealers, FC training, fleets.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering discipline or its equivalent (Material Technology Engineer, Automobile Engineer)

Field Engineer Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support to build up BTTC (Survey, Training, support tools)
- Study BTE program for TB FC
- Trial 3S model for TB FC
- Update information of new products by Count surveys/ Data import/ from SALE and P&M
- Allocate PIC to collect information/ NPI based on dealer and territory
- Collect data of products (key brands/ sizes/ pattern) in market, issue NPI
- Cooperate with IT to create data storage on share point
- Upload data into Share Point for all teams
- Goodwill program with collaboration of car makers
- Follow up goodwill program, confirmation and payment
- Build up explaination videos for common damages
- Check claim tire, making reply letter, issue reply letter
- Field Test : include of make an appointment, checking, key in data, make report
- Training on site for dealer/family channel/end-user
- Handle team activities/projects in assigned territory
- Support Sale/P&M activities.
Requirements
- Mechanicial Engineer -Bachelor degree in Technology university ( Refer Vehicle )
- experience in Automobile/Tire field or Machine maintenaince , Experienced in planing, Good problem solving,
- Good English in speaking and writing

Requirements

- Coordinate with group member(s) and other teammates to implement group's works >> take full responsibility for activity, result of group
- Having deep FE knowledge and understanding FE manual clearly to instruct, support, coach member(s) in group efficiently
- Be main PIC of KEY common works, from studying, proposal, planning, implementation until finish, final result >> can work / manage assigned common work / project independently with less follow up or support of supervisor
- Coordinate with group member and other teammates to ensure initial objectives
- Proactively to have new ideas, improvement in common work / project in charge continuously
- Implement / support common work of team (allocated works) as member smoothly: survey (product / market), internal / external training, field / monitoring test, market QA
- Proactively and can implement / support all common works efficiently
- Support to develop business & dealer channel by training, providing neccessary product + technical knowledge >> develop techincal human resource in FC channel
- Quality issue, claim handling to keep & enhance customer satisfaction
- Understand well market in charge >> sale support in fleet approach, providing total solution for customer, pre / after sale services effectively
- Market visualization by following up situation & movement and visualize by market profile of fleet, road / operating condition, competitor update, VOC/VOD...
- Willing to receive other sudden assignment by leader / HOD >> implement effectively
