Job title: IT Director

Salary: $4,000-$6,000

Working location: Ho Chi Minh city

Description

  • Build business partnership with functions/depts leaders to be able to scope up projects that will help drive the business growth;
  • Project management: developing, implementing, and evaluating ERP, LMS, CRM projects in line with organizational objectives;
  • Propose and implement new technology trends in ELT to help company to gain competitive advantages;
  • Ensure IT investment and processes following IT Standards & based on industrial best practices.
  • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
  • Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
  • Perform IT security analysis, requirements gathering and preparation of business continuity planning;
  • Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance;
  • Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual budget (Capex/Opex) to optimize IT investment and expenditures;
  • Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related business field.
  • At least 7 years in IT senior management level, at least 3 years in multi-national companies; having deployed with success ERP project; Experience in education business is preferred;
  • A demonstrated excellent track record for project management and/or business analysis of IT projects related areas of Software applications, Business Intelligence, CRM;
  • Able to lead process improvement discussions, perform technical documentation of business requirements, coordinate UAT and end-user training ;

Requirement 

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related business field.
  • Have experience in the IT management level, at least 3 years in multi-national companies.

Description

  • Lead the development of a technology-enhanced learning strategy including (but limited to) the: relevant teaching/learning tools, systems, and products; pedagogical approach and curriculum (re) design and the development of learning materials/content and modules that mesh with the changing learning needs, objectives, and requirements of students; and the delivery, monitoring, and measurement of results against stated learning objectives in collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders;
  • Drive the customization of course content and delivery methods across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities in Vietnam and manage the planning and budgeting processes, implementation, and monitoring activities associated with new courseware requests;
  • Lead research on instructional design theories and models, changing curriculum requirements and evolving student learning objectives and outcomes in the context of Vietnam, and cognitive processes by and across age- groups to determine, document, and refine the most relevant pedagogical approach(es) / strategy for offline, online, and/or blended learning;

Skills and Qualifications:

Job title: Admissions and Student Affairs Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage business situation of the assigned branch:
  • Develop and forecast the development plan for the assigned branch periodically
  • Based on KPIs, monitor and plan to leverage the business results of the Admissions and Student Affairs(ASA).
  • Open admission classaligned withtheobjective orientation, ensuring efficiency in terms of revenue and cost
  • Proactively propose and coordinate with the Marketing Department to plan and implement approved marketing event / marketing activities to maximize the market in the area in charge.
  • Coordinate with the Training Quality Management (TQM) base to propose professional activities in the market exploitation plan for the region.
  • Coordinate with Admissions and Student Affairs (ASA) and Training Quality Management (TQM), School Support Services (SSC) on site to ensure overall operation. Act as the role of the school's representative to solve some cases of student-related issues, Admissions Management.
  • Coordinate with the central Admissions and Student Affairsto connect departments to implement the center's common activities and propose the specific needs of the area in charge to the Admissions and Student Affairs Director.
  • Participate in Admissions projects under the direction of the Admissions and Student Affairs Director.
  • Human Resource Management:
    • +  Ensure resource efficiency: rely on the human resources department's boundaries and base on the actual operation situation at the facility to make appropriate personnel recommendations.
    • + Based on existing human resources and actual operation situation at the assigned branch to have a reasonable and effective job assignment.
      + Training, coaching and deploying new fees, new programs, new processes ... for employees
    • + There are training orientations and staff development proposals
    • + Assess employees and propose rewarding periodically (month / quarter / year)
    • + Administrative work: ensuring working hours of employees in accordance with regulations, fairness and efficiency; Timekeeping monthly

Requirements:

  • Degree: University or higher

  • Experience: at least 03 years of management experience, good communication, good implementation, close supervision, and experience in customer service.
  • English proficiency: Fluent communication
