Requirements:
- Good in English (the person will be reporting directly to Chief Accountant, who is Vietnamese, but also working closely with the Chef Executive who is American – candidate has to have skills to communicate with the Chef about the ingredients need to buy, prices for them etc., so at least intermediate English skills are required).
- At least 2 years work experience in F&B industry, as Cost Controller.
- Those two above points are most important, everything else is not significant.

Job Descriptions:
- Identify and assess risks relevant to the Company activities in order to establish the audit plan.
- Prepare the audit work schedule which includes objectives of the audits, the auditable units/activities, budgeted man – hours and human resource requirements.
- Ensure audit activities are conducted in accordance with the internal audit ‘s requirement methodology and appropriate standards prescribed by company to achieve audit objectives.
- Monitor and review the working papers to ensure adequacy and accuracy to support the audit observations, conclusions and recommendations.
- Provide value-added recommendations for new projects, process improvements and review of the relevant manuals/ internal procedures/policies.
- Ensure timely finalizaion and submission of audit report, consistent audit findings and recommendations with business objectives.

Qualification & other requirements:
- Bachelor ‘s Degree or above in Law/Auditing/Accounting and other professional certificates ( CIA/CPA/ACCA) as an added advantage.
- Certificates on basic knowledge on securities and securities market & law on securities is required. Brokerage certificate by State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) is desirable.
- Experience in reporting and presenting at executive level.

- Solid understanding of governance, risk and control concepts and the International Professional Practices Framework ( IPPF) by the Institute of Internal Auditor (the IIA)

Finance Analyst – (Supply Chain + Purchasing +HPC) Business Partnering
GENERAL DESCRIPTION – PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The Finance Analyst will assume the principal roles as follows:

- HPC Business Partnering:
- Participates in the Monthly closing/RF/Budget process for the business.
- Coordinates the production of Monthly Business Reviews for Executive Team.
- Analyzes key business performance metrics (revenue, net price, margins) and identifies performance improvement opportunities.
- Collaborates with key partners to improve business results where opportunities have been identified, including cross-functional teams and ad-hoc projects.
- Participates in developing a P&L for each production line and each group of products.
- Engages in the typical responsibilities of a FA requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling.
- Follow up costs and P&L of new production Line (Line 3)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supply Chain Business Partnering:
- Provide financial and operational driver analytical insights to Supply Chain and Purchasing Director;
- Play a key role in identifying and analyzing profit improvement opportunities;
- Assist in critical change initiatives, develop models that analyze various supply chain /purchasing initiatives;
- Lead/execute the annual operating plan process around conversion costs for the BUs, and participate in broader teams that support long term supply chain/purchasing strategy. The strategy will focus on improving the balance sheet, making decisions on CapEx deployment, and supporting/leading initiatives around working capital;
- Develop monthly inventory plan and associated analytics, including Inventory Reserve calculation and tracking and manage daily Supply Chain costs during the month to minimize / eliminate unplanned for activity;
- Ensure a well-controlled, properly planned and forecasted Supply Chain and Purchasing data including essential reporting and analytics;
- Assist in developing short and long term strategic goals and objectives, including cost saving initiative;
- Partner with the Manufacturing + Warehouse + Planning + Sales business partners to align on risk and opportunities;
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed to help business partners make better decisions in a timely manner.
- Purchasing Business Partnering:
- This role will be responsible for aiding in the budgeting, forecasting and reporting of procurement savings across the areas of operating expense, cost of goods, and capital expense;
- Work closely for helping to identify opportunities for the procurement team to drive value. Provide procurement savings analytical support in actual reporting.
