Description

Job title: Quality Controller

Sarary: USD 10,000 - USD 15,000 

Working place: Ho Chi Minh city, Viet Nam

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve process quality / productivity / food Safety / human Safety / Product cost/ logistics /capability and business development strategy plan/ quality improvement.
  • Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility.
  • Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement.
  • Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
  • Coordinate the hiring and training of all manufacturing personnel.
  • Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
  • Work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for our employees.
  • Maintain Inventory levels and control flow of product.
  • Maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program, including all timely communication initiatives.
  • Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets.
  • Assistant operation director manager for KPI’S, strategy, logistics and business development
  • Review and established Lean manufactory system and KPI’S system.            
  • Analyze workforce requirements.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and guidance to all operations employees.
  • Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment.
  • Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals and KPI’s.
  • Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity.
  • Communicate with research and development as well as product management personnel to develop new product strategies.
  • Work with purchasing manager to develop and improve supplier relationships.
  • Create purchase orders for Purchasing Manager to place orders.   
  • Coordinate the relationship with our union workforce force and negotiate union contracts as needed.
  • Maintain security system and access readers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Technology Engineering (Very Good Degree)
  • University of Agriculture / Cairo University.  Giza, Egypt.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast paced, changing work environment, while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and drive for success.
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with peers and external business partners

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with HR Manager/ HR Director to determine the recruitment needs & plans for each department
  • Allocate recruitment cost effectively on the suitable recruitment channels
  • Develop recruitment sources
  • Perform recruitment work accordingly to the process
  • HR management: management, allocation, training, guidance for staff to fulfill the job well
  • Coordinate with IT Department to conduct administrative procedures for new employees to receive work, create email, allocate laptop, stationery.…
  • Lead a nation-wide team of 2 Recruitment Exes in Hanoi and 1 Recruitment Exe in HCMC.
  • Perform other duties assigned by superiors

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, Business Administration or relevant major
  • At least 8-10 years of experiences in in recruiting senior levels and mass recruitment, preferred candidate has experience in Recruitment FMCG companies… Work experience in headhunt companies would be an advantage
  • Age from <= 40 years old
  • Knowledge in labour law
  • Honest, confident, can work under pressure and the ability to convey information well
  • Ability to work independent/as a team
  • Human relations skill
  • Organization skill
