Job title: Technical Service Engineer

Salary: $1,500 - $2,500 + good benefit or negotiate

Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical service strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals and objectives.
  • Be the point of contact for all Ulthera service related matters in-country.
  • Attends to Customer’s Ulthera technical service issues via phone and personal visit.
  • Reports, manages and liaises all Service matter to Helpdesk.
  • Follow up on all repair cases in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage the existing loaner and demo sets among the Customers.
  • Follows, executes and manages the Ulthera Service and troubleshooting SOP.
  • Prepares Service Reports and action lists for all service reviews and audits.
  • Manages problematic situations with customers regarding service repairs and phone troubleshooting.
  • Prepare meeting reports and actions list for all service reviews.
  • Work closely with all areas of the business to address customer issues or service improvements as required.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, develop, implement and document new processes required to improve the service delivered to customers.
  • Ensure that customer incidents and requests are dealt with according to agreed guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical troubleshooting experience.
  • Minimum 2 years proven Customer service experience in the medical device industry in similar capacity. Experience in aesthetic environment will have an added advantage.
  • Quality Assurance experience is an added advantage.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarize and communicate the issue across the organization.
  • Good documentation skills, specifically around documenting both internal and customer processes.
  • High level of work professionalism in communicating with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • A pro-active approach to work, with a positive can-do attitude.

Mission:

The Sales Manager is responsible to plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team to achieve established sales targets.
