Job title: Technical Service Engineer
Salary: $1,500 - $2,500 + good benefit or negotiate
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical service strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals and objectives.
- Be the point of contact for all Ulthera service related matters in-country.
- Attends to Customer’s Ulthera technical service issues via phone and personal visit.
- Reports, manages and liaises all Service matter to Helpdesk.
- Follow up on all repair cases in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage the existing loaner and demo sets among the Customers.
- Follows, executes and manages the Ulthera Service and troubleshooting SOP.
- Prepares Service Reports and action lists for all service reviews and audits.
- Manages problematic situations with customers regarding service repairs and phone troubleshooting.
- Prepare meeting reports and actions list for all service reviews.
- Work closely with all areas of the business to address customer issues or service improvements as required.
- Work with stakeholders to identify, develop, implement and document new processes required to improve the service delivered to customers.
- Ensure that customer incidents and requests are dealt with according to agreed guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of technical troubleshooting experience.
- Minimum 2 years proven Customer service experience in the medical device industry in similar capacity. Experience in aesthetic environment will have an added advantage.
- Quality Assurance experience is an added advantage.
- Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarize and communicate the issue across the organization.
- Good documentation skills, specifically around documenting both internal and customer processes.
- High level of work professionalism in communicating with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- A pro-active approach to work, with a positive can-do attitude.

The Sales Manager is responsible to plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team to achieve established sales targets.
Essential Duties & Reponsibilities:
- Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day-to- day activities of a sales team in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy for an assigned geography, product line, market segment, or list of customer accounts.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
