Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an annual design plan to achieve the overall goal of the unit in the direction of the overall goal of the company.

Additional information about vacancy:
- Salary range: minimum USD 5,000 gross;
- Benefits: Health Insurance, yearly performance bonus (at the end of year), 13th salary;

- Currently there are 6 staff in Legal Dept. (to be managed), reporting directly to CEO;

Job title: Building Manager
Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 + good benefit or negotiate
location: Ho Chi Minh
Scope of work:
- Receive and handle/ solve the residents’ matter;
- Plan and maintenance utilities associated with the building;
- Quality management of contractors providing sanitation, security and other services for the building;
- Manage and supervise the activities at building ;
- Plan to take care of building resident’s life;
- Contact local authority for assistance when needed;
- Control expenses reasonably and ensure proper operation of the building;

Job Scope(s):
- Build up the regulation, procedure and guideline for CS and Property operations.
- Plan and control budget for building operation to ensure the efficiency.
- Lead& supervise Building Managers to run the buildings, etc.
- Provide direction and clear solution for customer’s enquiries and complains.
- Manage the maintenance, repair building and all of the equipped assets and facilities.

Position Description
- Assume full responsibility for and overall direction over the sales and marketing strategies for selling the residential development investment projects
- Immediate project, a high-end, over $100 million fully-integrated beachfront resort and residences
Key areas of focus include:
- Providing commercial input on required legal documentation/contracts
- Administration oversight of residential sales to meet/exceed board approved investment targets
- Preparing sales and marketing campaign from pre-launch to sales completion
- Managing third-party agents
- Overseeing on-site sales galleries and preparing marketing collateral materials
- Co-ordinating cross departmentally to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns through to villa handover
Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of relevant industry positions, along with managerial experience overseeing
directing teams in service-oriented organizations
Experience and Knowledge
- Deep knowledge of Vietnam residential market and general property ownership legal framework
- Residential sales management expertise, including background in sales collections, lead follow-up, marketing campaigns, third-party agents, and administration of deposit agreements
- Understanding of local property sector rules and conventions
- Experience in the residential second-home market and perspective on the key players and products types

- Good command of spoken and written English
