Account Development Manager/ Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments with Japanese clients in Vietnam.
- Responsible for developing sales with Japanese clients in Vietnam by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.
- Closes sales with Japanese clients in Vietnam by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks (be the member of the Japanese Business Association in Vietnam); participating in professional organizations.

- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients.

Customer Services Manager

- Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
- Handle face to face inquiries and concerns about company policies, products, and other related programs
- Manage a team of customer services staff, work with CS Supervisor to make sure the order procedure run smoothly.
