Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the National Sales Director in establishing and controlling the monitoring and analysis of performance for all types of budgets, operating expenses, resources (equipment, people ...)
• Support National Sales Director in setting business targets, analyzing the results of monthly, quarterly and yearly performance for departments and divisions of the Commercial Division.
• Support National Sales Director in activities: organizing reports, analyzing, evaluating, collecting data, managing business data, coordinating with relevant departments to build / assign most work processes, implement solutions to solve problems arising in the process of working, improve the quality of work.

Requirements

Reporting to: Marketing Director

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies/plans and lead implementation of these strategies/plans to grow a brand, directly responsible for the brand’s health (consumer measures) and its in-market performance (volume, share and profitability)
• Drive relevant cross-departmental colleagues towards common goals for the brand in specific projects by leading a team to evaluate and launch new products and marketing initiatives. Tasks include market analysis, consumer research, concept development, advertising development, and launch plan development, execution, and tracking
