The Job

  • Lead team to delivery project on schedule and on quality
  • Research new technology, testing methods to share knowledge with other team members.
  • Coach testing process and testing technique
  • Lead and support, so that testers perform accordingly in project
  • Be in charge of Improving testing skills for test members
  • Evaluates the qualifications of test members. (KRA)
  • Responsible for organizing test and evaluating quality of the application with big group (6~10 persons).
  • Communicate with client to get requirements
  • Check output of team member in order to improve the quality of team
  • Make weekly report according to company policies (report to QAM)
  • Support mentorship program, training program. Responsible in coaching team member to enhance skills based on mentorship program
  • Estimate testing cost for new project
  • Providing constructive feedback to developing team regarding the quality of their works
  • Monitor and control test implementation as planned
  • Create test estimates, test plans, test results and customize test viewpoint

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience in software development / testing. In that time has 2+ yrs.in leading QC Team.
  • Intermediate level in Technical Troubleshooting
  • Upper  Intermediate level in Time Mgmt. Skill, Analytical Skills,
  • Intermediate level in  Communication Skills.
  • ISTQB Certification (is plus)
  • Good knowledge of software development life cycle & software testing process of Japan
  • Strong experience with testing web-based and mobile applications
  • Having experience of various type of testing techniques and designing test cases
  • Experience in creating and implementing test strategies/test cases and detailed test plans
  • Better to have JLPT N3

Your key responsibilities

Daily deliverables

  • Receive, review daily aftersales revenue report from branches and dealers.
  • Review the consolidated daily report before submit to regional aftersales team.
  • Based on daily aftersales revenue report reviewing, working with branches and dealers to get understanding and give guideline/direction to enhance/improve.
  • Attend MIS branches daily morning meeting for operation updating and instruction together with MIS branch aftersales manager.

  • Working and support branches & dealers to handle customer complaint/ concern to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Check/ approve PO, Payment, leave, travel request/claim.

  • Working with SBR and local authority to ensure all homologation job done properly.

Weekly deliverables

  • Working with WTT team to update about warranty/recall/technical support matters and give instruction/guideline if necessary.
  • Monitor Vietnam laws/regulation updating related to aftersales service and update CM/Regional Aftersales and SBR (it need).
  • Follow up to make sure all branches and dealers workshop operation/facility and competency are compliant with Government requirement.
  • Working with SBR and local authority to ensure all homologation job done property

Monthly deliverables

  • Receive, review monthly aftersales revenue report from Branches and dealers.

  • Working with WTT team for warranty & recall reimbursement from MIV to branches and dealers.
  • Working with SBR and local authority to ensure all homologation job done properly

Our key requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or its equivalent
  • Min. 3 to 4 years working experience in related field & current position
