Scope of work
- Developing, implementing, measuring and improving country campaigns targeted at key decision makers, influencers and partners
- Lead with extending measured awareness, share of voice and preference by delivering strategically sound and tactically superior
- Targeted markets using all available and appropriate media.
- supposed to continuously integrate, implement and enrich global marketing processes across all businesses and local markets.
Accountabilities: - Develop and manage end-to-end marketing plan encompassing trade marketing, channel category development & customer marketing, marketing objectives, and sales plays in direct support of business pipeline requirements
- Leading the Strategic Marketing; to support Local Business Unit head to allocate and control marketing communication budgets by customer segments.
- Develop and implement an integrated local tactical marketing plan based on strategic guidance and local market needs in order to boost sales.
- To develop, manage and execute the integrated marketing plan based on Global Marketing guidelines incl.
- Leverage lead-management best practices from campaign set-up through lead flow in Sales development.
- Plan and manage marketing events, including tradeshows, webinars, customer forums, user groups, and partner universities; includes partnering with external agencies as needed.
- To work closely with local Business Unit lead, product marketing, field marketing team
Requirements:
- Working Experience: At least 10 year experience in Marketing and sales
- Prefer to work for MNCs or famous local communications group
- Public relations and trade marketing experiences are advantages.
- Understanding of multi –culture markets with various business models
- Customer insights/Lead management/ KPIs oriented.
- Interested in technical products and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills resulting in the ability to guide and inspire
- Good written and spoken English
- Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement

Position: Finance Controller
Report : Group Finance Director
Salary : USD 4000- USD 6000
Working location: Ho Chi Minh city
Responsibilities
Operations:
- Manage the day to day activities and responsibilities of the finance teams to ensure a high level of service is delivered
- Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are prepared and reviewed on a monthly basis, ensuring full support for any considered risks and contingencies
- Manage both internal and external audit reviews, supporting the Finance Director
- Deliver consistent accounting policies and practices
- Be the Finance lead on strategic conpany projects
- Implement a culture of continuous improvement across the finance team
Reporting:
- Delivery of actual month-end results in line with the timetable communicated from Group
- Manage all statutory and regulatory reporting in accordance with deadlines
- Enhance management reporting capabilities to provide improved analysis and explanation on all variances to KPI and forecast and work closely with the Finance Director to ensure a common understanding on reported actuals and submitted forecasts
- Manage Hyperion uploads and enrichments
Planning:
- Work closely with the Finance team and business to improve the planning process and accuracy of the company forecasts and budgets
- Implement enhanced cashflow forecasting to maximise cash positions in line with group requirements
- Assist the Finance Director in formulating the fx strategy for the business to minimise fx exposure
- Under the guidance of Line Management, perform tasks that ensure compliance with the company Policy
- Employees must be aware of the responsibility placed on them to maintain and healthy and safe working environment for both staff and visitors
Potential Qualification
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified with a solid depth of experience in a high volume, low margin business, within a pressurised finance environment
- Desire to work with the business to ensure completeness and accuracy of reporting
- Experience of instigating change or working on transition projects
- Hands on with excellent attention to detail and desire for accuracy
- Proactive in dealing with issues
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met
- Proactive member of the Finance team with a desire to develop skills and advance within the company

Supply Chain Development Manager

Position: Supply Chain Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify opportunities to reduce fulfillment costs, improve Customer Experience, and set priorities to improve them.
- Craft proposals for new concepts, improvement plans, 3+ year strategy, and overall business outlook.
- Provide strategic insights that challenge existing limitations and conventions to drive growth and performance.
- Develop models that will support future business initiatives and improvements to the overall customer experience.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance university or 5+ years Consumer Goods industry experience
- Experience with Supply Chain Management concepts, e.g., forecasting, planning, optimization, product flows, transportation, distribution and fulfillment.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including use of look-ups and pivot tables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA and/or MS, and work experience in a technical or finance field.
- Experience communicating with senior management (VP level decision makers) as well as cross functional with colleagues from engineering, operations, data sciences, and business verticals.
- Work experience with the design and use of complex supply chain software systems.
- Network Modelling and Optimization experience.
