Position: IT Application Assistant Manager ( Senior Leader)

Salary : USD 1,800- USD 2,000

Report: General Director

Number of Subordinator : 2-3

Scope of work

• Overal IT System & application solutions functional/technical design and technical solution
• Position solves problems based on business need, will work with multiple teams including application development, infrastructure and test teams to develop software solutions to business problems.
• Responsible for requirements analysis, process flows, design documents and coordination with development teams to implement solutions
• responsible for Maintenance and Development of IT Application serve business operation
• coopereate with parent company for implementing IT project in company (if any)
• Demonstrate curiosity and ability to stay current with leading trends in technology
• Capture, understand, and translate business requirements into an appropriate technology solution

Accountabilites:

• Overall the IT system & application, leading tasks, time and resources to deliver on a schedule and within a defined budget
• Manage IT project : timeline, tasks, resource, risk assessment (if any)
• Communicate to align business stakeholder expectations to delivery process practices and disciplines.
• Monitor the system performance and cooperate with stackholder/vendor to resolve all issues regarding to Application
• Receive the request/take requirement from user/cross team, do consolidation , cooperate with stakeholder/ vendor provide the solution or
• work around based on understand/research system features for system customization/deployment (if any)
• Research to suggest value application serve for company business operation/reduce workload for staff
• take administration role for Sharepoint portal : unitlize good features, improve/maximize remain resource base on understand system feature,
• research, optimize and propose the improvement solution
• Co-operate with users and vendors to do the testing, UAT and implement the new system feature/enhancement
• Database administrator (backup, recovery, performance management)

Requirement

• Bachelor of IT or relevant technology degree
• 8- 10 years experience related to Application project development
• Experience working with relational Databases ORACLE, DB2, SQL query, Network.
• Experience in DevOps, Agile environment and Tools (such as JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, Jenkins, JUnit etc.) a big plus.
• Careful, intergrity, active, willing to work under high pressure
• Ownership, high responsibility, research, solving problem
• Good discipline and team working spirit, progressive spirit, working independent ability
• Good English communication & presentation skills
• Prior experience working in Retail & Trading Industry.
• Full-stack technical skills in all aspects of the Microsoft SQL,.Net framework, and HTML/CSS/JS., C#, Crystal Reports, Sharepoint, SQL Server , JavaScript, JQuery and other popular JavaScript libraries , HTML5
• Good leadership skills, passionate to build and develop.

• The Roles:
• Responsible for project quality and timeline management

• Expand business for public/platform offshore business
• Build the team and manage up to 40 members
• Key Responsibilities: + Management:
• Provides supervision to the team of developers in Application/ Web Development.
• Focus is on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership.
• Manage the project estimations
• Negotiation with customers
• Manages the project to ensure that it is completed within stipulated timeline while ensuring  that work done meets the necessary requirements and quality.

Job Requirements:

• Experience (Requirement):
• Minimum of 10 working experience years, at least 5 years at Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Customize Dynamics AX / CRM  using .NET, X++ and other technologies.

• Create and modify Dynamics AX / CRM reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.

• Create external applications using .NET that interface with Dynamics AX

• Package Microsoft Dynamics AX / CRM customizations into deployable objects

• Engage the project team and end-users to architect and develop Microsoft Dynamics AX / CRM gap/fit solutions.

• Perform data conversions into Microsoft Dynamics AX / CRM

• Perform unit testing within Dynamics AX / CRM

• Manage each customization within budget

• Manage and coach .NET team to develop Dynamics AX /CRM project.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of proven expertise customizing Microsoft Dynamics AX / CRM (2009 or 2012)

• At least 5 years of technical experience with .NET, X++ or other OOP programming language

• Experiences in working as a team leader of a Dynamic project is a big advantages

• Good experience with ERP software

• Interest in open source technology

• Strong interest in collaborating with and mentoring colleagues in a cross-functional team

• Some functional knowledge of finance, supply chain and order management within Dynamics AX /

CRM

• Certified in Dynamics AX / CRM 2009 development Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities.

• Dynamics AX / CRM  Certificate is a advantage

• Great communication skills

• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

• English is a must
