Requirements:
Education
- Vietnamese with College degree up
- Good in English, Chinese is preferred
- Professional warehouse management

Experience in Warehouse
- Warehouse Sup experience is a must
- Minimum 3 years working experience in foreign companies
- Solid background in professional inventory, warehouse management
- Excellent first in & first out management
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit

Position: Marketing Manager

Develop marketing strategies to grow brand and implement marketing activities to build brand awareness and achieve sales target.
Brand Communication:
- Set up and build the Annual Marketing Plan to achieve the company business objectives.
- Plan the brand communication strategies in-line with the Regional and Headquarter strategy.

Product Management:

- Build launching strategy for new products including product, price, distribution and communication plan for both customers and consumers.
- Establish price strategy based on market price by mapping competitors’ price versus the company price as well as internal positioning.
Trade Marketing:
- Plan and develop the brand image strategy in point of purchase to build the brand connection with consumers.
- Build up and manage Field Force Team to deliver sell-out target.
- Coach and supervise team members to make the strategic move for business growth

Project Coordinator

Position: Project Coordinator
Salary: USD 2,000- USD 2,500
Report: Department Manager
Working location: Ho Chi Minh city
Responsibilities:
- Handling project coordination as the interface between clients and auditors to ensure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Work closely with the technical team, sales team, clients, overseas offices, auditors and reviewers to proceed the process smoothly.
- Provide feedback on clients & suppliers query regarding audit issues.
- Correspond with business clients as well as with global colleagues to ensure clients satisfaction and business purposes.
- Participate in monthly meeting with department colleagues on updated law, rules and/or buyer requirements.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Fluency in spoken and written Japanese (N2), English (B2), other languages are preferable
- At least 02 years working experience in customer service or project coordination, especially for large-scale projects is preferred
- Experience in coordination projects with various overseas clients/ offices is preferred
- Knowledgeable in use of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and willing to update skills as needed
- Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and goal orientation within the team and with customers
