Merchandise Manager

Seasonal Buy/OTB/Assortment Plan
- Developing seasonal OTB based on forecast sale & buying budget.
- Planning on product assortment and pricing strategy, reviewing the right assortment to be offer to each retail store.
- Attending brand seasonal markets, placing in order, follow up with regional merchandise team on order confirmation/invoice/payment.
Inventory Management & Analysis/Logistics
- Liaising with regional logistic team on shipment dispatch/delivery schedules/receiving (FOB/CIP/EX-WORK terms).
- Keeping control of the stock holding for each brand, make sure it is kept at the right level.
- Keeping track of all store sales to make sure they have right product and sufficient stock.
- Prepare weekly replenishment stock for all store and quarterly stock replenishment for regional (HCM & HANOI) based on season and sales report.
- Monitoring market changes, competitor prices and products. Analyzing past sales patterns to anticipate trends in consumer buying pattern.
- Recommending clearance sales, markdown of slow-moving items and varying delivery schedules to help control stock levels.
- Working with other department (marketing/operation) in strategy planning and execution to help achieve sales budget
- Follow up on defective good claims with the brand principal and obtain credit note
Business reporting/Training
- Preparing various business reports (sales report/inventory/sell-thru etc…) for sharing with other internal departments & regional management.
- Having monthly business review meeting with regional team (HongKong, Singapore office)
- Conduct seasonal launch & new product launch training for sales staff on quarterly basic.

Senior Supplier Quality Engineer
- Manufacturing / Logistics
Quality supplier (Improve supplier performance by deploying Company Supplier Quality Management)
+ Manage QMS of supplier.
- Build audit program, Implement regular audit on QMS system.
- Review control plan, process of all products that are shipped to Company and Company’s customer.

Senior Lean Process Manager
- Industrial / Engineering
Responsibilities :
- Ensure and enhance the technical capability of production lines in Vietnam
- Confirm and release the capability of production lines, i.e. technical setup, process capability, preventive maintenance system, 5S, and flow concept.
- Responsible for proposing new enhancement in terms of technical processes, equipment, waste reduction, and investment to the cost center owners and management.
- Implement Global Process and LEAN approach in Vietnam.
- Support Product Development (Engineering) Process (PEP) and Product Transfers.
- Responsible for the success of project management in area of LEAN and technical process evaluation, roll-out, process stabilization.
- Work and co-operate with global process experts and global process owners on future process improvement ideas and standards harmonization, align with the Leaders of LOOP, ASIA and PTD,SEA.
- Challenge LOOP tools, methods and standards and improve them together with LOOP Consulting Asia and Europe.
- Develop and follow up yearly Roadmap for LOOP and PTD Vietnam.
- Provide impulses for further improvement and solving of systematic problems, advice sponsors with information to costs and benefits.
- Participate in the design and communication of the yearly PTD and LOOP Roadmap for Vietnam, harmonized and planned with Regional TIM Leaders, local production management and global stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and performance against the Roadmap in Vietnam; identify, resolve or escalate operational problems and minimize delays.
- Facilitation of complex projects and workshops to improve processes and workspace using LOOP Management System.
- Ensure TPU has the necessary Process and LEAN capability.
- Promote process capability studies in order to provide process optimization and stabilization.
- Responsible for training newly-recruited and/or existing operational engineers.
- Train and guide company colleagues of different departments and hierarchical levels in LEAN mindset and use of LOOP Management System with special focus on Shop Floor Management, Continuous Improvement Process, A3 Problem Solving.

- Responsible and accountable for team yearly spending and yearly budget.
- Ensure own grooming and coaching junior engineers as process owners, trainers and consultants.
- Ensure operational technical issues are handled in a timely and sustainable manner.
Requirements:
- BA/ Master/ Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Electronics / Mechatronics / Material Science
- Min. 5 years of work experience in an international manufacturing company (automotive, electronics, and etc.) and a LEAN management system.
- Extensive Project Management skills / knowledge.
- Min. 5-10 years experiences in leading a process engineering team under a KPI-based production environment
- Good\ experiences in handling one of these technical processes in production and understanding market trends such as electronics interconnection, plastic interconnection, bonding, resin filling, plastic moulding, conformal coating, product printings technologies, surface treatment, material processing and electronics adjustment

- Be responsible for providing leadership in identifying, assessing, and managing all technology activities within the organization
- Overseeing the department and guiding the day-to-day operations of the development team
- The individual will direct, coordinate, supervise, facilitate, and perform all tasks and elements to a high standard within the organization.
- The individual will be accountable for IT development via local and globally distributed 3rd party teams.
- And ensure that development goals are fully aligned with the corporate goals of the organization.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Formulate, establish, and execute a clear technical vision and lead the company’s technological development.
- The role includes recruiting, supervising, mentoring and managing all members of the development team and providing highly motivating and professional leadership in all areas of technology planning and technology resource management.
- The Head of Development will identify and integrate new technology, leveraging across business units and existing IT infrastructure.
- The individual will drive the development business strategy, and enhance communications and collaboration internally and across business units.
- Lead the full life-cycle development process from product definition/strategy, through design, development, test, release and sustenance for multiple products/components and technology platforms and partnerships.
- Works closely with Marketing, PMO Team, and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
- Responsible for the technical direction of the company by introducing development standards and practices, testing procedures, methodology use, release and deployment guides, control practices, SLA creation and adherence, and analysis of development performance against company targets and KPIs.
- Own the development methodology – see the big picture and identify potential blind spots, ensuring the team and architecture is adjusting dynamically.
- Conduct research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.
- Make recommendations on potential improvements in all teams and areas of the business to Senior Management.
- Brief the CEO on any technical matters that may require his awareness or review.
- Identify and rectifyany gaps within the team with regards to the quality and velocity of development work.
- Provide recommendations for product development and optimization with respective business units.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years as a Head of Development in a similar sized organization.
- 7+ years of previous commercial development experience in the software development industry using LAMP Stack / .Net / Java / C++ and associated frameworks.
- Expert in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
- Architecture and implementation of large-scale production / critical systems.
- Deep understanding of technology fundamentals, ideally through a computer science degree or equivalent demonstrable knowledge through in-depth practical experience.
- Ideally a good understanding of Asian product/payment vendors and technology providers.
