Requirement:

• Graduate from University (Technical major is preferred)
• 5 years practical experience in manufacturing field. Prior experience as a Production Manager
• Business Understanding: Industrial and Manufacturing and Supply Chain & Quality System Others (e.g language skills, technical skills)
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Understanding LEAN/Six Sigma is an advantage
• Lead with Agility/Focus on Customer/Achieve Sustainable Results

Report to: Finance Director - South Field Controller

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for control plant and distribution center to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective financial and management reporting in accordance with local requirements and company policy
• Direct financial accounting functions to safeguard company assets and operations as well as implement and sustain best practices

Requirements:

• University degree major in Finance/ Accounting/ Auditing

• 5 years in a managerial role in FMCG companies

• Good knowledge in US GAAP, VAS and tax/commercial regulations

• Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision

• Strong leadership, influent skills

• Fluent English speaking & writing

Report to: Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Handling the internal & external audits
• Ensure the full compliance of the Company’s books, account management, making financial statement, internal & external reports
• Ensure the accuracy, and the deadline respect for internal & external reporting
• Handling tax affairs to ensure compliance with local rules and tax circular
• Capital expenditure control
• Analyse and control manufacturing costs
• Contribute to the preparation of the Company’s yearly Budget.
• Prepare, control and analyse the monthly reports and analytical reviews of deviations in the Balance sheet and P/L structures.
• Support management team in all economic and financial matters.
• Manage Payable/Receivables accounts.
• Ensure a smooth operation in accounting department, especially for areas: Fixed assets, Cost, invoice control.

Requirements:

• University degree of Financial Accounting
• 5 years experience at Chief Accountant or same level.
• Experience and knowledge in finance, tax accounting and production expenses.
• Knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting System and International Accounting System.
• Experience in dealing with external audit and tax authorities.
• Have strong knowledge on tax regulation.
• Professional written and verbal communication, both in English and Vietnamese, and interpersonal skills
• Preferable candidate who is in Bien Hoa

Report to: Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial support to business teams, and make them in line with financial policy, group policy and financial process.
• Prepare management reports (AOC Tools, standard vs variance, etc..) according to zone finance team’s requirements & CVN mgt requirement.
• Drives & lead rolling forecast process, reporting to Finance controller.
• Assist finance controller to handle daily work.
• Prepare BCFE/Executive Summary/BCI to be made available on request.
• Make analysis on material prices, consumable expenses, others DVC (once a week), follow-up action to anticipate any big discrepancy in comparison between the standard price vs actual price.
• Validate all BPE saving projects
• Perform analysis on freight cost and labour costs (including working hours and headcount)  (at least twice a month), follow-up action to anticipate any big discrepancy in comparison between the budget vs actual cost
• Identify and implement Kaizen/lean projects for Finance
• Make sure financial accounting processes are aligned with Corporate internal control.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or CPA with at least 5 years working experience in finance controlling function of MNCs, preferred to have 2 to 3 years of Big Four audit experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position in a factory
• Understanding of Business, Budget/Forecasting, Accounting procedures and  operations
• Experience in SAP  FI/CO module
• Good skills in Excel, Power point
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to read, write and speak in English
