Sales Strategic Plans & Strategies
- Identify and formulate for the Business decision, recommended market and service offers and value propositions for strategic accounts.
Customer Satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers (direct & indirect)
- Key stakeholders such that high levels of loyalty and dependence are achieved
- Develop & implement Marketing/Sales/Service relationship plan
- Establish Strategic and Key Account management processes and monitor the effectiveness of them
- Initiate and manage the commercial negotiations for BSV on supply agreements and other offers.
- Establish pricing, payment terms & rebate protocols according to BSL policy
- Work with Supply Chain to develop, implement and monitor customer satisfaction systems & processes
Financial Management
- Use of Sales processes and tools to positively impact the market penetration, market share, product margin
- Overall value proposition of our products and services in the areas that we choose to operate.
- Maximize return for the company by controlling costs and increasing revenue.
Market Intelligence
- Gather, Sort, Disseminate competitive/ industry/ market knowledge to all stakeholders. Include identification of needs/gaps and opportunities for our products and services.
- Maintain and build relationships with a broad range of contacts in the industry.
- Interpret information with a view towards developing strategy as mentioned in point 2 above

- Has had a senior role in a global roll out of a quality / food safety management system
- Track record of building great teams and transferring knowledge.
