This position is responsible for driving the Energy business growth with aggressive sales target

Responsibilities and duties

  • Create business plan, implement go-to-market strategies to penetrate customers and find opportunities selling solution and packages to projects in dedicated segments.
  • Assists in planning goals and objectives, develop strategies, tactics, and schedules to meet companies strategic goals
  • Maintain long-term relationship with key clients and strategic partners
  • Proactively use internal systems to ensure sales force efficiency and foster solution selling and collaboration.
  • Coach and Monitor team to achieve orders, ensure customer satisfaction, using KPI’s and reporting to monitor performance

Key requirements

  • Bachelor of  electrical engineering (master/ overseas study preferred)
  • At least 6 years relevant MNC experience and 2 years in managerial level.
  • Excellent account management skills for generating solution businesses
  • Good knowledge and understanding in Electrical/Automation products
  • Good relationship/network with dedicated segments end users and business partners e.g. contractors, consultants
