Description
Report to: Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
- Service existing perfumeries: get order, process their orders, follow up payment
- Review stock list, make offer and send to perfumeries in order to get their order
- Coordinate with warehouse person to delivery stock to perfumeries
- Follow up for collection of payment from perfumeries and control delivery time
- Set sales target and meet assigned target per brand
- Propose attractive scheme / special discount to perfumeries to push sales & reduce stock
- Collect, analysis monthly order from all perfumeries to do forecast in advance for this channel
- Work with management to develop annual plan and periodic forecasts consistent with economic factors, market opportunity and company financial objectives
- Strengthen existing relationship with current perfumeries
- Recruit new potential perfumeries
- Receives, analyzes feedback from perfumeries about product, whole sales prices, competitors information and make recommendations to management
- Negotiating with perfumeries to gain space and improve locations, quality of display, store interior for all products at perfumeries’counter.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with each perfumery, analyzing results, and identifying any issues; development of courses of action with recommended solutions
Requirement:
- Can demonstrate good interpersonal credibility with the customer and be able to handle objections.
- Good working knowledge of the beauty and fragrance industry will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years experiences as a sales person preferably in the beauty and fragrance industry

- Sales and Marketing
- Accountable for annual sales volume
- Partners with Sales team to develop annual plans, monthly estimates and Open-to-Buy as well as risks & opportunities
- Closely monitor business performance and market trends

Report to: Legal and PAC Director, Indochina
Responsibilities:
- Assist Legal & PAC Director to establish and update direction for the Legal function and ensure alignment with business strategy
- Develop the guidelines, processes and templates and monitor the implementation
- Provide proactive Legal guidance, advice and assist in problem-resolution on a timely basis on various laws applicable to the organization and other issues which may arise; work as part of cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives and provide Legal guidance as required
- Develop guidelines for undertaking services of advocates and other legal services; monitor and review the quality and cost of services provided by third party counsel for area of practice and take steps to optimize these costs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Law, Charter Lawyer certificate will be advantage
