Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reporting of stock levels and usage rates for all raw materials. Assistance to plants in optimization of working capital (inventory optimization)
• Preparation of PO and PR documentation with identification of recommended suppliers. Ongoing critical review of specifications for all purchases with appropriate internal customers and suppliers
• Expediting key orders
• Identifying, negotiating and preparing contracts for all logistic activities to secure safe, reliable and timely deliveries/shipments of raw goods
• Satisfying requirements of the internal and external customers

• Regularly creating content on products for external communication
• Regularly creating and updating content (Catalogue, mailing, website…) supporting sales team in its development mission.
• Photography, producing technical pictures  (furniture, decoration items…)
• Support in writing press releases and brand identity to present products and services to customer. 

• Feed and manage our prospective/client database

• Degree in Marketing or Design
• At least 1 year working experience in Marketing functions
• Proficient in using photo-editing software
• PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, and InDesign
• Ability to get a feel of the products and to write solid products description for catalogues or websites
• Have an interest in furniture and design in general.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the quarterly order intake run rate / income performance of the assigned industry segment / sales team.
• Development and management of key Accounts for the assigned industry segment.
• Assisting Company Manager in providing supervisory duties to the sales team assigned including managing, monitoring, guiding, developing and leading the sales team in meeting the assigned yearly sales/income target.
• Build collaborative relationships with the functional heads of the other departments to drive the successful implementation of sales activities.
• Ensuring all sales and business processes are performed in accordance to Company’s policies and procedures by all sales staff
