Report to: Field Services VP / Professional Services VP

Responsibilities:

• Service Operation Management:
• Overseeing the services operation to ensure that the productivity targets are achieved
• Achieving customer satisfaction goals by cultivating a customer orientated and focused services practice
• Coaching and guiding the services Operations Team and services tendering team
• Project Management
• Managing team
• Service Business Management:
• Co-work with sales team in the country for tendering / bidding service contracts, parts replacements, professional services, field services and other customized services
• Ensure services gross margins are met by balancing the overall contribution from different product line
• Co-work with VPs to monitor OPEX to ensure country service CCO targets are met
• Drive capture rate to the target set for the country

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Science an advantage) / MBA desirable
• Minimum 6-8 years service operations experience in services field
• Minimum 3 years of leading a services operations team
• Experienced in managing customer expectation and maintaining high customer satisfaction in any situation and circumstances

Responsibilities:

• Directs activities in preparation of product strategies, roadmaps, strategic plans and annual business plans for growth filed services businesses.
• Develops business cases and detailed business plans of proposed development activities.  These plans are strategic and tactical guides for successful implementation and operation of identified opportunities.
• Matrixes across organization to ensure the application and deployment of both existing products, services, processes, technologies and customers to maximize synergies.
• Works with marketing, sales and technology groups to implement business development strategy into specific initiatives.
• Assists in the development of strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentations.
• Works with training teams on the delivery of sales and technical training for company product.
• Analyzes market data to identify key trends and issues.

Requirement:

• Educated with Electrical Engineering
• MBA or Master degree preferred
• At least 8 years relevant experience in field services / installed base services
• Excellent presentation skill, understanding about the marketing
• Good leadership

Responsibilities:

• Strategic: Execute and maintain a Quality Management plan across all areas of the business, including the necessary definition, development and deployment of quality assurance strategies that align with overall business KPIs
• Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all teams
• Implement ongoing quality improvement processes across all areas
• All quality specification and processes from raw material to finished product should be strictly followed up

Requirements:

• Packaging, Chemical or Printing Engineering degree
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance and quality control
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in process control and systems auditing experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in packaging/ Printing/ Retail Information production
• Quality, planning basic product range, quality policies and standards will be an added advantage

• Plan, direct, or co-ordinate the work/activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications
• Overseeing the operation of warehousing and production
• Keep record of raw material receivable and finished product released
• Manage the production process, draw up a production schedule, implement the production plan
• Make sure that production output meets the target, that products are produced on time and are of good quality by monitoring the production process and adjusting schedules as needed
• Monitor the product standard and implement quality control programs
• Liase with different departments, work with managers to implement the company policies and goals
• Coordinates with other departments such as Supply Chain, QA/QC, R&D,  HR
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers
• Review worker’s performance
• Identify training needs and provide training as required
• Inspect equipment, structures, or material to identify the cause of errors, problems, or defect
• Monitor and review process, materials, surrounding, environments to detect/axxess problems
• Implement and monitor the company HSE policies, procedures and program to meet legislative requirements.

• University or engineering school degree
• Average English communication skills (TOEFL > 70)
• Experience with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition software and ERP based environment
• Experience in mixing / spraying / sifting processes
• Experience in warehouse management (FIFO / FEFO)
• Experience in 5S methodology (Sorting, Straightening, Systematic cleaning, Standardizing, and Sustaining)
