Position Title: Country Logistics Director

Reports to:  East Asia Japan Logistics Vice-President

Mission 

• Put in place best-in-class warehouse management, transport and custom operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high and sustainable logistic service level.
• Extend our logistic scope to cover projects/solutions and services for all business in the country
• Provide clear local leadership and develop the local logistic team to deliver high performance to support the business growth
• Stay close to customers to deliver tailored supply Chain and improve customer experience
• Be part of commercial leadership team, act as one single contact face in the country for all Supply Chain related activities

Requirements

• Education: University or Master degrees – Industrial Management / Supply Chain / Transport / Logistics
• Working Experience: At least 10 year- experience in Logistics management (customs management, transportation, warehouse management, and inventory management) of which 5 years in management position
• Business Understanding: Good understanding of the electrical market, demand and supply planning. Understand Company’s products and competition market is an advantage

Title job: Maintenance Engineer 

Reports to: Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum BSc/BEng/ Electrical / Electronics
• 2 years’ experience or more in manufacturing environment, maintenance on Industrial Electric and Control system (Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, HMI or equivalent).
• Able to troubleshoot, training on electric and PLC related to manufacturing/production equipment.
• Familiar with FMEA, MTTR, MTBF, AM, PM, 5W, Downtime.
• English speak and write on moderate level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Access to some manufacturing methodologies and proprietary process information. 
• Jointly responsible, with the production staff of NIR , QA sections, and process engineering team

JOB CONDITIONS:

• Exposure to a variety of compounds, solvents and chemicals.  Works in standard office/manufacturing environment.

 Job description:

• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
• Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
• Analyze root cause and problem solving and communicate quality related problems
• Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
• Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
• Trains, develops and manages the QA Associates and prepares qualified candidates for personal growth and success
• Make reports to Director.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Have 7 to 10 years’ experience atfootwear quality control
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
• Conscientious and responsible
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proven experience as quality manager
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage
• Good command in English writing and speaking
