Report to: Sales Manager – Field Services

Responsibilities:

• Installed Base Services
• Secure order intake for Field Services/Sales team in the North
• Opportunities in bFO
• Focus on approaching End-user
• Key in report in bFO
• Yearly report - Business Plan upon assigned market
• 3 Month report - 3 month action plan to approach End-user           
• Monthly report - Month-end report with 03 month forecast & pipeline update                       
• Weekly schedule
• Internal co-ordination                                
• Foster co-operation with all team     

Requirement:

• Electrical Engineer (preferred Electrical Distribution & Electrical Equipment or Automation background)
• 04-05 years experience in the same industry (Selling Electrical Distribution & Automation services to End-user in Industry or Building segment
• Experience as a Team leader role will be an advantage
• Understand the market of Services business 
• Understand how to approach End-user channel
• English speak fluently

Report to: Vice President

Responsibilities:

• Increase visibility and brand perception through campaigns
• Engaging key influencers to promote product, to drive awareness and credibility and bring traffic to company
• Retail Merchandizing and expansion within-store brand experience
• Provide dedicated tools & configurations for customers BUY-IN
• Make Electricians business easy thanks to loyalty program and PRM platform services

Requirements:

• University degrees in Business and/or engineering degree. MBA degree is advantage
• 7 years working experience in Marketing, Marketing communication, Partner Relationship Management or similar responsibilities, with minimum 2 years in Manager position
• Commercial profile with excellent understanding of markets, customers and sales channels
• Understand company’s products and competitor’s business is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English. Computer literate and presentation skills
• Good level of communication, ability to influence and convince

Mission:

• Develop networking and deploys all sales actions with customers in Utilities (Primary substations) segment in order to maximize equipment, protection / substation automation business with them and achieving the sales target.
• Sales activity deployment to detect primary substation projects in targeted segment / area.
• To understand customers’ needs and bring protection / substation automation solutions directly to customers
• To build and secure relationship with potential customers (Contractors, packagers and consultants & end users)
• Customer mapping to identify the main players and their structure based on Utilities (Primary substations) segment
• Implement go-to-market strategies to penetrate customers and find opportunities selling equipment / solutions to primary substation projects.
• Execute account management plan to maintain long-term relationship with key customers
• Deploy opportunity management plan in early stage (identify & qualify, influence & develop)
• Respond to customers’ queries, co-ordinate with back-office to prepare quotation.
• On-time information delivery and proposal management for customers
• Follow-up on proposals through to contract negotiation and closure
• Proactively using bFO to ensure sales force efficiency and foster solution selling / collaboration

Requirements:

• University degrees – Electrical or Automation Engineer
• Experiences in working with relevant end-users, Consultants, Contractors
• Specific knowledge: Protection relays, substation automation
• Market knowledge in area of work, EVN exposure & awareness
• Understand company’s products and competitor’s regarding primary substations
• Knowledgeable in opportunity management and account management
• Good command of spoken and written English. Computer literate and presentation skills
• Attention to detail, self-starter, ability to learn, good communication skills and result-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and willing to travel within assigned territory and overseas
