Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
- Regularly creating and updating marketing material such as pictures, catalogue, newsletters, brochures, posters, website pages and others, combining pictures, designs and texts content on products for external communication in support to sales team in its development mission.
- Photography, producing technical pictures (furniture, decoration items…) and managing pictures data base
- Support in writing press releases and brand identity to present products and services to customer.
- Handle customers’ requests regarding customers’ websites feeding
- Contribute to the process of creating new products
- Create and implement the Company packaging design standards and rules

Financial Controller

- Set up and produce the monthly management reporting package
- Make analysis on company overall operation efficiency, identify areas of progress and makes recommendations
- Set up a monitoring system for the furniture business raw material business and perform analysis as needed
- Calculate CBDs (Cost Break Down) for ceramics products and calculate monthly margin by product for Ceramics business
- Assist Financial Control Director in:
- Preparing a 5 years financial planning model for each company and regularly update it based no actual performances
- Managing the Group management accounting system and recommend actions to improve its accuracy, reliability and adequacy to management needs
- Assessing short, mid and long term development strategy as well as undertaking financial assessment of projects
- Preparing financing files for financial institutions
- Overviewing the Ceramics business statistics team
- Assist the Financial Controller Director in the implementation of the following projects:
- SAP project completion including CRM, accounting and costing as well as raw material data base with expected completion date being April 2015
- Development of a production information system for the furniture business aiming at production statistics on production activities
