Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the products’ markets and performance (Group and competitor products)
  • Provide head office with information on the specificities of the manager’s market for the purposes of international intelligence on competition
  • Prepare and implement the launch/development plan, catalogue / portfolio actions and the promotional plan
  • Prepare the local marketing plan by channel in collaboration with the other departments

Requirements:

  • Maintains knowledge of healthcare industry trends and employment legislation and insures company’s compliance
  • Annually reviews and makes recommendations to Executive Management for improvement of Agency's policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters
  • Responsible for company’s compliance with State legislation pertaining to all personnel matters

  • Coordinates and/or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation
