Key Responsibilities:
HR
- To manage all aspects of HR resource processes and practice (workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employees learning and development, retention management, performance assessment program)
- Develop and implement HR policies and regulation of the company
- To support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategies and objectives
- To promote corporate values and enable business success through human management, organization development, employee cycle changes, talent management and labor relations.
- Represent the HR Department both internally and externally.
Admin
- To check, advise and control all Office operation.
- Planning for cost control of relevant issues under responsibilities of admin.
- To arrange, assign and handle internal admin works to strengthen the admin team
- To make report, give solution and get advices from Management on outstanding problems
Job Requirement
- English Proficiency is a plus.
- A high level of computer literacy
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Bachelor degree with Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law or any relevant major.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/ Manager specialized in HR or equivalent.
- In deep knowledge of Vietnam labor law.

Senior Recruiter

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Understanding the business objectives and company values to:
- Identify the right competency of the human resource
- Keep the management alert to changing conditions in the labour market that impacts the recruitment need
Recruitment & Selection
- Develop appropriate recruitment method & literature including the development of recruitment advertising.
- Recruit, screen, and interview applicants for employment. Administer employment tests if appropriate.
- Help line managers to pick up the applicants who best meet the selection criteria through: application screening, interview , tests ( technical and psychometric), background check, medical examination (if needed)
- Consult with management to recommend and identify most qualified applicants and progress on orders;
- Coordinates internal job posting and transfers program.
- Check references on potential hire, extend the validated offers to selected candidates, and prepare new hire material.
- Update the candidates of the recruitment results.
- Follow up on applicants to maintain the candidate pool.
- Work with production line to finalize the operator demand weekly.
- Work with recruitment agencies for operators recruitment demand.
- Recruit operators if needed.
Induction for new hire/ Orientation / On-boarding
- Ensure the new hires of a adequate induction program
- Arrange on-boarding program for new hire with HRBP, HRSS and all head departments.
Employee Branding (EB)
- Know SE Employer Value Propositions (EVP) to promote SE as Employer of Choice
- Plan or execute EB programs to strengthen SE brand
- Attend and organize Career event, Job fair
- Strengthen the relationship with universities to attract young professionals and follow up with potential candidates for future need
- Ensure good quality and quantity of internship.
L & D
- Provide Training Logistics for NDVCs and DVCs
- Follow up and register training courses to MLL system
Other HR activities: HRIS
- Be supportive and the backup person of HR personnel on HRIS function , if needed

Legal Counsel
- Human Resources
Description
1. Legal advice: (independently take charge up to 70%)
• Conduct complex legal research and investigation of claims and defenses; develop oral and written advice and present recommendations to supply chain and operation.
• Provide legal counsel and advice on a broad range of legal topics for supply chain and operation to include international commercial law, import and export laws, incoterms, laws on customer protection, etc.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential legal issues and develop strategies/ initiatives to avoid costly litigation actions and reduce potential area of risks.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes.
2. Legal Compliance: (independently take charge up to 70%)
• Support to develop policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and simplicity execution. As appropriate, contribute to or influence company policies and support in developing innovative solutions for difficult, complex, and systemic problems.
• Monitor transaction compliance ensuring LOIs/contracts/ legal documents are signed within the agreed timeline and due process.
• Monitor possible areas of compliance risks and implement corrective action plans for resolution of current and potential risk.
• Provide and interpret legal regulation, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to relevant departments.
3. Contract management:
3.1 Contract Drafting, evaluating and negotiating: (independently take charge to 70%)
• Standardize template of contract/agreement/LOI and other legal documents tailored to each specific business activities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of contract review Monitor competitive terms. Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes.
• Analyze actual practice and potential risk to adjust the terms to make it suitable while still protects company at the best.
• Negotiate and advise on contractual matters or other business transactions for critical deal.
3.2 Contract reviewing/approving:
• Approve the contracts/annexes/LOI up to 2B VND (independently take charge up to 100%).
• Conduct the preliminary review of the remaining contracts. (Independently take charge to 70%).
3.3 Contract point: (independently take charge up to 100%)
• Attend weekly project meeting or other meetings to serve as the contact point for contractual matters.
• Guide on contracting guidelines or legal templates to support other departments/functions to follow the legal process.
4. Others:
• Legal innovation. (Independently take charge to 60%).
• Review and conduct (where necessary) the translation work (Independently take charge up to 100%).
• Support to provide training to other business teams related to assigned job. (Independently take charge up to 70%).
• Other jobs as assigned by LM.
Qualifications
- Be qualified as a lawyer in Vietnam with good academic credentials and lawyer practicing certificate;
- Have at least 6 years’ relevant professional experience preferably as a lawyer in private practice or in a similar role working at MNC.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese. IELTS overall band 6.5 or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
- Being proactive, strong teamwork, customer service spirit and commercial oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization and well-organization skill
- Be able to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
