Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients

Description
Job title: Senior Brand Manager
Salary: US$ 4,000 – 5,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of clear Vision, Strategies and Plans to build the brand Awareness, Preference and Differentiated Equity of assigned business
- Understand and influence Product Business Group to have clear Product Portfolio, Pricing Strategies and building blocks including annual business initiative calendar to deliver to business goal
- Develop strategic marketing leadership on Brand Communication, Local Initiative Launch Communication and ensuring excellence in execution
- Lead functional team to develop & execute holistic initiatives via LLP & IMC development & execution.
- Develop the local adaptation or creation of ATL&BTL for the initiatives based on in-depth understanding of local consumers
- Manage effective communication with Business Heads, HQ and RHQ to ensure issues are quickly resolved, and Best Practices are shared on time.
- Develop gap closure plans together with Product Marketing to deliver business goal
- Develop, train and coach team
- Manage Agency Relationship and development of annual ‘scope of work’
- Conduct bi-annual agency reviews and action plans
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of marketing experience
- 4-5 years in a managerial role
- Experience of strategic marketing/manage people.
- Strong knowledge/experience with Brand Building.
- Strong Marketing Planning/decision making/Execution capability in FMCG
- Leadership / Collaborative / Creative / resourceful / strategic minded

Job title: Sales Training Manager
Salary: US$ 3,500 – 4,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Managing the ongoing development and implementation of the Field Force, responsible for Field Force Capability Enhancement.
- Embedding the FF capability assessment tool to establish a baseline and a metric for capability development - and lead the evolution of this tool in the coming years.

Requirements:
- Must be customer-service oriented
- At least 5 years relevant experience of leading and developing capability within a successful sales force
- FMCG business related qualifications would be an advantage
- Strong operational experience of working with and leading a successful sales force
- Proven ability to think and operate at a strategic level, designing and implementing strategies for highly successful sales forces
