  • ​Salary: $1,400-$2,100 + bonus month 13-14-15
  • Contract review: Review/draft contract timely and correctly for the company biz
  • Legal compliance/licensing/Policy: Ensure all company activities compliance with government & internal regulations and policies.
  • Bad debt recovery/Litigation: Support collection team in recovery bad debt and take part in litigation procedure of the company
  • Regular update new government regulations to BOM, enhance employee’s awareness on legal compliance
  • Raise major issues to reporting manager and/or Management from legal point of view and give advices on the issue.
  • Do company secretarial work such as board meeting and management/filing of the legal documents.
  • Others when required from time to time by reporting manager.
  • BA degree in law
  • At least 3 years experiences working in law dept of multinational companies
  • Language capability for English (MUST)
  • Sense of sureness, timeliness and work process management (essential).

Position: Account Manager

Report : Account Director

Salary: $1,500- $2,000

Location: Ho Chi Minh

This role is principally about running the management and delivery of multi-channel projects on a large account. It requires a can-do approach and the drive and ability to spearhead and drive a project forward independently, from concept to production using excellent negotiation and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Links idea to execution from the client to the agency through drafting great creative briefs.
  • Runs account projects including timing plans, production budgets, timing plans, resource, client requests etc.
  • Progresses project with initiative and understanding, based on client insight and the role played by other departments.
  • Ensures all requirements are being met in terms of overall project delivery by continual reviews with the team.
  • Organises and is accountable for timelines, status reports and internal reviews.
  • Builds and own a good, long-lasting relationship with clients, the account, planning and creative teams.
  • Understanding of the client’s business and solid knowledge of the competitive market in which the brand operates.
  • The ability to present and sell creative ideas, by persuading the client of its merits.
  • Has responsibility for the financial activity on the account.
  • Accurately estimates and invoices activity on the account.
  • Understands the Lowe strategic tools and qualitative and quantitative research and their pros and cons.
  • Undertake/oversees good competitive reviews and compiles brand audits.
  • Supervises and provides appropriate direction to the team Account Executive and other members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of communication with Management and contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing the team for the organization.

  • Research and propose appropriate changes/revisions in employee compensation, benefit, welfare and tax programs
  • Ensures to keep employees aware, on a continuing basis, of HR policies and benefit programs.
  • Recommend and lead programs for the personal development of employees, and to work together in providing professional advices on career development and planning for them.
  • Establish, implement and update guidelines and policies for local employees and, in cooperation with regional/global HR, ensures that uniform standards of employment are maintained and updated.
  • Acts as the main contact person on HR services and support in liaison office, such as recruitment process and employment, compensation and benefit administration, employee movements, employee relations and disciplinary proceedings etc.
  • Participate in HQ/Global Operations HR programs as directed and supervised by HR Lead, to coordinate HR projects such as performance assessments, salary reviews and personnel/technical training as defined by the Project Lead

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • MS-Office skills, SAP experience is a plus
  • Experience in managing team
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills to all employees including management.

Requisite Education/Experience:

  • Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years proven experience in human resources management with an international company
  • Well versed with local labor ordinance
  • Mature, well-organized and pro-active
  • Customer oriented with approachable personality and strong interpersonal skills
  • Very good in both oral and written English and in Microsoft Window softwares operation
  • A good team player with sound supervisory and management skills
