JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic
- - Define & achieve sales strategy across markets, products & channels.

Leadership
- - Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together:

Planning and Execution
- - Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results:
- - Collaborates with store development team to develop an integrated market plan. Maintains relationships with jurisdictions and planning commissions to ensure seamless openings for new store or remodels/renovations.
- - Develops a comprehensive strategic plan to manage a regional portfolio of stores. Develops and manages a regional renewal strategy.
- - Plans and manages business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives.
- - Prepares, communicates and educates client groups and team on changes in policies and practices within the organization.
Process/Operational
- - Participate in strategic planning, business development, and general company management as a member of the management team.
- - Develop, manage, and adhere to sales operating budgets, and establish sales policies.
- - Represent the company at trade shows.
- - Provide transformational leadership, using Vital Conversations and expectations of a leader. Fully role model behaviors, supervise and coach others to do the same.
- - Actively participate in the company annual strategic planning process.
- - Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

- - Manage and coach all elements of the Performance Management System within the Sales Team to ensure goal setting and alignment while carrying out the mid-year and year-end performance review process.

- - Lead Sales and other business initiatives in support of company’s strategic business plan.
- - Have the ability to lead and manage a Strategic Imperative for the company in any functional area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or relevant field.
Experience:
- - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with a minimum of 10 years in sales
- - At least five to ten years of sales management experience preferred.
- - Thorough understanding of the industry & channel structure & the internal relationships.
- - Fact based selling (uses data effectively to develop compelling sales propositions)
- - Able to design a sales strategy and turn it into an actionable plan.
- - Previously managed sales operations on a national level.
- - Experience managing a P&L.
- - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well.
- - Business/management skills including strategic vision, analysis and problem solving, business and financial acumen and managing execution.

Branch Sales Manager

Job title: Branch Sales Manager
Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 or Negotiate + incentive + good benefit
Working place: Ho Chi Minh city
Main tasks:
1. Sales management (retail of all passenger cars; excluding fleet)
- Work closely with National Sales Manager (NSM) and Country Manager (CM) to develop annual sales and delivery plan for the sales team
- Cascade sales objectives (volume, margin, etc.) through to the sales team and define the targets for sales team members together with NSM and CM
- Lead, supervise and monitor sales performance of individual Sales Representatives + take corrective measures as needed
- Measure staff performance levels according to retail sales excellence and company policy standards
2. Realize other sales management activities with the other entities/departments
- Provide input to NSM & CM in the development of product and price strategy
- Coordinate with and support the Marketing Team in new car sales marketing activities, such road shows, campaigns, other events, etc.
- Actively support the company-wide Customer Relationship Management processes
- Assume process ownership for all operational sales processes
- Offer sales representatives the coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives
3. Provide appropriate showroom and point of sale material
- Ensure that showroom vehicles and test drive vehicles for current models are in good working conditions, displayed and are available
- Ensure availability of brochures, price lists and other point of sales materials on site
- Ensure that all aspects of the showroom (exterior and interior) are in accordance to Subaru and Motor Image guidelines and standards (other than After Sales designated areas)
4. Realize tactical managerial tasks (mid-term impact)
- Design, control, and monitor the performance of the processes under scope
- Standardize and optimize all relevant processes as needed (efficiency focus)
- Safeguard continuous improvement throughout the department, in particular in the context of the performance indicators such as Dealer Image Analysis DIA (customer excellence and efficiency)
5. Realize operational managerial tasks (short term impact)
- Oversee, diagnose, and actively guide the day to day activities within the department
- Set up regular briefings and management meetings with direct reports and ensure appropriate documentation (e.g. daily sales meeting)
- Collect and analyze the continuous performance results of the department, and take corrective actions as needed
6. Customer relations and satisfaction management
- Constructively handle (and supervise the handling of) customer complaints related to new car sales with the sales representatives
7. Set and adhere to specific Key Performance Index (KPI)
- Operational KPI Sales “effort”: number of customer walk ins/showroom contacts (TBA/year), test drives (TBA/year), quotations (8.000/year)
- Operational KPI Sales “result”: conversion rate of 20% of test drives
- Operational KPI Sales “result”: prospect data collection of 100% of test drives
- Operational KPI Sales “result”: number of contract closures (vehicles sold: TBA)
8. Aftersales
- Ensure the smooth operations of the Aftersales business
- Constructively handle (and supervise the handling of) customer complaints related to aftersales and service staffs in the final escalation process
- Oversee the day to day activities within Aftersales in the branch (Service, Parts and Repair)
- Ensure that all aftersales reports (daily, weekly & monthly) are submitted to regional aftersales team
- Ensure availability of brochures, price lists and other point of aftersales materials on site
- Ensure that all aspects of the showroom (exterior and interior) are in accordance to Subaru and Motor Image guidelines and standards in After Sales designated areas
- Responsible for the profitability of the Aftersales business (aftersales servicing, warranty claims & parts sales)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead & generate the Business Development of Schools
- Develop and forecast the development plan for the assigned schools periodically
- Based on KPIs, monitor and plan to leverage the business results of the Admissions
- Open admission class aligned with the objective orientation, ensuring efficiency in terms of revenue and cos.

- Coordinate with the central Admissions to connect departments to implement the center's common activities and propose the specific needs of the area in charge to the Admissions and Student Affairs Director.
- Participate in Admissions projects under the direction of the Admissions and Student Affairs Director.
Human Resource Management:
- Ensure resource efficiency: rely on the human resources department's boundaries and base on the actual operation situation at the facility to make appropriate personnel recommendations.
- Based on existing human resources and actual operation situation at the assigned branch to have a reasonable and effective job assignment.
- Training, coaching and deploying new fees, new programs, new processes ... for employees
- There are training orientations and staff development proposals
- Assess employees and propose rewarding periodically (month / quarter / year)
- Administrative work: ensuring working hours of employees in accordance with regulations, fairness and efficiency; Timekeeping monthly
