Job description:

  • Look for new customers and business opportunities by focusing in strategic groups and target of the  Company in the range of services.
  • Deal, negotiate and secure the contract with customers with ensuring the benefit for the company.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve the requirements of customers.  -Maintain good relations with existing customers and develop new customers to ensure incremental sales  by seniority.  
  • Developing partnerships with vendors, suppliers, warehouse and trucking to obtain competitive prices,  good services, cargoes to exchange and consign to enrich the source of customers and increase profits.
  • Assist superior to prepare and develop sales and marketing, customers services policies to drive sales  and services, development of the customers.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female;  University degree.
  • Good knowledge of W&D,  and able to deal with medium and big size company, complicated  projects.
  • Good at English, Computer.
  • Good at communication, presentation and able to work in international working environments.
  • Creative at works and good at problem solving skills.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, hardworking and have mind of target achievement, able to work under high pressure.

Responsibilities:

Planning

  • • Make the Monthly sale plan by dealer, by MTP – G, Product mix;
  • • Planning for the account expansion.

Sale Execution

  • Distibutors:
  • End-user: Fleet approach.
  • Sub – Dealers:
  • Receiving customer feedback and handling customer’s complaint.

Market Development

  • Survey market and propose new candidate to develop sale channel;
  • Studing & Finding key source of growth for comming year in in charge territory;
  • Update and report the competitor's activity;
  • Survey and update demand forcast (by Dealer, by SKU) based on market information.

Manage Local staff

  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly activities of Local staff and coaching for their success;
  • Review the route map for local staff and manage their activities.

Others

  • Follow up admin staff, trade activity, promotion and report to Leader;
  • Contribute & support to Marketing activity event, conference, campaign…
  • Follow sales process: Stocks, order & payment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a bridge between the team and Product Management.
  • Lead the team in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with Product Management to understand priorities.
  • Translate high level feature requirements into user stories that clearly outline objectives.
  • Maintain an adequately groomed backlog to facilitate the development process.
  • Provide clear and detailed acceptance criteria that can be used to assist QA in generating automated test cases.
  • Test, pre-validate, and accept user stories based on acceptance criteria.
  • Communicate realistic timelines to stakeholders based on the team's size estimates for a given feature.
  • Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Sprint goals.
  • Balance new feature development and bug fixing to ensure regularly scheduled releases are delivered with quality and on time.
  • Be technical-curious with a desire to learn new technology.

  • Experience in a key Product role for a software company
  • In-depth knowledge and experience using Agile processes and principles for continuous delivery
