JOB PURPOSE:

Implement providing the Solution on using tires with the highest efficiency to potential customers through building up the service team of the dealer, supervise and provide the services as the standard for customer >> Contribute to the company's sales volume, maintain and increase the market share of products.

Implement some FE works as a member role and in-charge the territory as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning & implement the SP works
- Improve & develop the Model
- WTB/ IT system and supporting device
- Optimize using Retread Tire
- Support for leader, HOD, other units, dept, visitor

- Having deep FE knowledge and understanding FE manual clearly to instruct, support, coach member(s) in group
efficiently - Be main PIC of KEY common works, from studying, proposal, planning, implementation until finish, final result >> can
work / manage assigned common work / project independently with less follow up or support of supervisor - Coordinate with group member(s) and other teammates to implement group's works >> take full responsibility for
activity, result of group - Coordinate with group member and other teammates to ensure initial objectives
- Proactively to have new ideas, improvement in common work / project in charge continuously
- Implement / support common work of team (allocated works) as member smoothly: survey (product / market), internal
/ external training, field / monitoring test, market QA

- Support to develop business & dealer channel by training, providing neccessary product + technical knowledge >>
develop techincal human resource in FC channel - Quality issue, claim handling to keep & enhance customer satisfaction
- Understand well market in charge >> sale support in fleet approach, providing total solution for customer, pre / after sale services effectively
- Market visualization by following up situation & movement and visualize by market profile of fleet, road / operating condition, competitor update, VOC/VOD...

Position: Regional Machinery Sales Manager
Report to : President Director
Working Location : Thailand & Indochina countries.
Annual Salary : USD 70 K- 100K
Potential candidates : experienced in selling the Label and Machine, working for Indochina countries.
Responsibilities:
- This is essential task for this position to make the rapid growth, as well as to achieve company mid-term business plan.
- Responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team.
- Being in charge of managing machinery sales engineers at group companies in Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our engineering department / machinery group companies to fulfill customers' demand.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of sales team by tracking sales goals,
- Setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of sales team.
- Explore potential customers in ASEAN, especially where group companies are not located.
Requirements:
- Sales experience and in-depth knowledge of the Machinery packaging industry
- Strategic thinking and good analytical skills
- Intercultural competence and business fluent communication skills (in English too)
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Further education or training in sales
- Strong experiences in leading sales team & business strategic planning.
